This was my first time visiting, so I didn’t want to go too big on new food so I ordered the ‘Za’co Pick Three’.
When it arrived it was a lot darker than I expected, and again by this being my first visit I’m not sure what the norm is, so I took them to the front and asked the chef if this was how this was normally cooked, they responded, “Yeah, but I can make you another if you’d like”. Which was cool of them to offer, but I declined and told them that it was OK, and that I would eat it as is.
I was only able to take two bites of each of the Za’cos. I have sensitive intolerance to spice, so I requested no jalapeños on one and no zesty tomato sauce on another, they were both there.
Overall not a very enjoyable experience, maybe it was just a bad day, but it was not a very good 1st impression.

Visiting from out of town, we decided to come here for a quick bite. There was no line and the menu was so interesting. It took a while to pick but when we did, the pizza was ready in maybe 10 minutes or so. The flavors worked really well and the dough was good. Cool concept for a quick bite to eat.

I love &pizza Germantown. Tevon is always kind, friendly, helpful, and makes my pizza perfectly! I really appreciate him for using extra precaution for my gluten allergy. The rest of the staff are friendly as well. I’ve never had a bad experience at this &pizza location. Everything is always great every time!

Took them 20 mins to make my pizza.
Gave them my number and they said i had no points and I couldn’t get the $9.99 promo because I couldn’t show them a QR code.
Then the chocolate knots was lacking chocolate.
Maybe i had to pay extra to get that…
Even the manager was more interested in his phone call than guiding the staff.
Very disappointed!
Edit- new staff are friendlier and started on the order as it went in.
Pizza & knots are a little pricier but still good.

Kids approved! Even better when there are deals. Few months ago we paid $39 and was able to get a pizza per day for 30 days. Delicious crust. We think the spicy tomato sauce is the best. Most of the toppings are fresh. Fountain drinks are good too!

We had 4 different pizza. Spicy pepporoni, reg pepperoni, cheese and margarita pizza. All were pretty good. Flavorfull and different. My son said it tasted like a sub and a pizza combined. Lol. Highly recommend this place. It took less then 5 mins to make the pizzas. My kids loved all 4 pizzas. 12 bucks for each pizza

The sausage is like, pepperoni, sausage little round sausage bites. No way sausage should be Chunky. Not looking like pepperoni and the service sucks. These guys got attitudes because I guess they don’t get paid enough

Ordered two pizzas tonight. First one: shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, chicken and bacon…no cheese at all, no chicken, just a rock-hard, burnt base, drenched in oil and topped with… an egg? What the hell? Second one: shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella and basil-came out black as asphalt, bitter as hell, barely any cheese left. Starving, drove to the store, picked up two pizzas, got home excited-and ripped open burnt bricks. Two charcoal pizzas, no toppings on one, zero cheese, just bitter crust. That’s straight-up disrespectful

I was unsure about my selection and using the kiosks and the very nice employee Brayden was able to help me and was very nice and helpful! And I got my pizza in minuets and was very delicious! Definitely would recommend!
