They under portioned my banana split and when I pointed it out they told me that how it come they smoothed it over and acted like it no big deal when it could have been an easy fix if they just fixed my scoop it looked like it was half a scoop. The lady acted like I was dumb. I’ve been coming here for 15 years.

Best Monster preparados ever!! The only reason why I go to Joliet!
UpDate: Im going to stop recommending the monster preparados in this place. 2nd time we have gone and the mosters have been not so great!!! The first time it was extremely sour with all the lime they added. Today it was the prepared correctly. They normally add juice to it to add flavor. Today it was just fruit and the monster… no thanks!!!

This one has been pretty bad constantly.. I keep giving it chances but never fails … every time I get elote the cup is saturated in water and ruins the whole thing.. then I ordered a mangonada and they barely put any chamoy sauce in it so when I asked for more they up charged me.. when a couple people next to me had gotten the same thing and didn’t have my issue… also the mangos used were rock hard… not satisfied at all probably last time I come to this one

OMG i felt like a kid in a candy store…so many different flavors so many ice cream options to choose from…i had the Gelato and let me tell you i couldn’t stop eating it..it was soo good..I told the man i will definitely be back!
