This is honestly the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The team is amazing , warm, welcoming, always smiling, and always saying something kind that makes your day better.
They handle orders very well, and the drinks are perfectly balanced, well made, and taste much better than at many other Starbucks. You can really feel the care and professionalism in everything they do.

I was at the counter for 5 minutes, there were at least 4 employees and only the one attending the drive through said “we will be with you shortly” the other was making a drink and two more were just standing there talking. They all look at me like I wasn’t there, specially a black girl.

This single location refused to give me the free black tea refill after I got the chai latte which is allowed with their policy. I didn’t have time to stay and argue longer so I left, here’s a review for the $0.20 you saved with your tea bag and hot water.

Filthy dirty disgusting!
I came to this Starbucks after a horrible night of no sleep thx to some kids partying until 5:30am or so and keeping me up. I just wanted a nice coffee and to do some work on my laptop… of course, after a few sips, I needed to use the toilet…. At 6am, this photo is what the bathroom looks like. Since this store opens at 4:30, the workers had been here for HOURS & nobody bothered to clean the restroom? The lights to the hallway weren’t even on… and the workers scoffed at me when I asked them the code to get inside… Come on!! Have a little pride in your work! Nobody likes the cleaning part of this job but that is absolutely disgusting in a place where people eat…the employees have their own bathroom so my guess is they never even bother to ever go inside the nasty public one…and..
I can only imagine what the food prep looks like where nobody can see it. I will never come back to this location again.

You can tell the workers aren’t very happy sone play it off well but you can see the lack of motivation and enthusiasm. In my eyes this is Management’s problem and they should fix it not the people the environment they are in. Otherwise it’s just another normal Starbucks off Railroad.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Today however I went through the drive through and recieved this cup.. I didn’t look at it until I had already left but I won’t be drinking it. Was this someone else’s? It looks to be lipstick…. marker? Im not sure but super ick. Im also trying to find a way to add this picture here as well..
