Usually get hot food and a good presentation. However today when I visited. I was asked to pull up for my food. Got down the street and decided to start eating only to be disappointed at the presentation and the temperature of the food. My food was warm and not hot like it just came out of the grease!

This Zaxby’s is usually on the late side of getting orders, as well as getting orders wrong. The two stars are mainly for the convenience and the fact that the employees generally have a good attitude. If not for those two points, I would’ve put one star.
I don’t know if they were understaffed or not, but the line was long outside and inside the building. A couple of people asked for refunds, one of which stormed out. My order in total took a little over an hour to complete because they were late and then forgot one of the meals on my order.
Me and the other customers were agitated. Those behind the counter seemed rushed. Overall, it was just a bad experience. I could’ve went to the Zaxby’s on Two Notch rd and got the order in the same time… Not from the mistakes and busyness but from the drive

The food was delicious and the service was good. The staff was friendly. The problem I have is that the walls have been painted a garish white and all of the pictures have been removed. Making the place unwelcoming, sterile, and unappealing. I almost turned around and left because of it. By changing the appearance Zaxbys has removed all character, charm, and soul of the restaurant that we have come to love. I honestly will rethink coming and eating here. If I wanted to feel like I’m dining at a hospital I wouldn’t have time here. I realize that this is a corporate decision, but honestly they messed up big time. The plain white walls are not inviting or make me want to be here at all. We’re the decorations fun and a bit eccentric? Yes however they gave the place heart, and set it apart from every other boring restaurant. Here’s hoping that maybe someone will read this and give Zaxbys it’s life back.

I won’t be coming back here again until management and employees change. Ordered 2 cheese curds at $5.20 a piece and this is what they gave us in each. Pretty much 8 pieces in each. I can go to the store buy a box for that price and have triple of what we just got. We used to get more in our order but now every time we go we get less like this. The employees are rude as hell won’t address you let alone fix an order if it’s not correct. Camden needs to do better!

Went through the drive-thru. The order taker had a pleasant voice. However, service is super slow. We were asked to pull up by the door after ordering. All we ordered was a total of 3 signature sandwiches. It’s not busy. Currently writing this review as we wait for our food. And two cars that were behind us have already gotten their food. Waited a total of 17 minutes. Disappointed

Im a truck driver, never had Zaxby’s before. I went to order inside, they closed the lobby. I politely asked if I can order thru drive thru, they rejected me. I explained that I have a big truck. They did not care and would not serve a fellow truck driver.

inside to see my food sitting on the counter. I pick it up and it’s all cold. The wonderful lady in the front proceeds to go you want it fresh or what? I tried to explain why I was upset it was cold. She cut me off and said fresh or not. I said sure. She snatched the bag out of my hand and threw and I mean throw across the room in the trash. I then wait 10 more minutes to get food I’m worried about eating because of her behavior. To continue on the whole front of the house starts talking about how they can’t wait to get off and smoke weed. Absolutely wonderful to listen to while I’ve waited 30 minutes at this Zaxbys for a kids meal. She then proceeded to fuss at the boy just trying to change the trash about how he should get a write up in front of everyone. If she’s a manager, she’s the hands down worst person I’ve ever seen manage anyone. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her as a customer and let alone an employee. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behavior. While everyone in the back is fighting to get orders out because the front cannot stop messing everything up.

Love the Zaxby’s chicken, sandwich and meals. Food- The new wings meal was amazing delicious, hot and tasty. Spicy fried mushrooms was hot and delicious, chicken sandwich was average but could have been amazing if it had more toppings. The drive through staff made a mistake in my order and gave me large drink instead of large fries . I asked the staff and he smiled and said “sorry sir and gave me large fries”, such a kind person. Two young boys working night shift good job.

Definitely NOT going here anymore. Stopped in here today after shopping at Walmart, ordered two Kicken chicken meals for my husband & myself. Both of our sandwiches looked identical- pretty DRY as it is severely LACKING sauce. We are done with this Zaxby’s by the Walmart in Camden. Had I wanted a chicken sandwich on a dry piece of toast I’d make that at home.
