Boba is definitely one of my vices and I travel a lot for work, so I’m always on the hunt for local bubble tea places wherever I go. I was really happy with 1102 Bubble Tea! I appreciated that they have regular milk tea flavors in addition to their more “fun” milk tea flavors.
Their dark roasted oolong milk tea had a really nice, strong tea flavor, and the boba pearls were really nicely springy with a good brown sugar flavor.
It is a bit on the pricier side out of all the bubble tea places I’ve had, but I feel like the quality of the tea more than makes up for the price! I’m happy to support places that make milk tea this good 🙂

The boba teas are really great. They taste amazing and they look so visually good also.
The atmosphere is so fun because they have tiny little couches.
There are even board games if you want to hang out with some friends.
They have awesome deserts as well.
The only downside is the annoying music and videos they play.

Loved the tropical beach vibe going on inside the store! I got a seasonal peach jasmine tea boba and while a bit bitter (it’s tea after all thats the whole deal) it was still delicious!

Spontaneous trip after getting my daughter’s nails done on a Sunday and it was a CUTE place. Boba and a smoothie was ordered and it was good. The decor is nice and liked the added touch of the different bobas. The servers were friendly. The place seems to be a nice hangout spot for the college community.

I met up with a friend here per their suggestion. The Café was cute. The aesthetic was giving Texas with the cactus, but I realize it’s because it originated from Texas? Unsure, but loved the variety of seating. There’s a variety of boba options too.
I ordered the Peach Jasmine Macchiato Tea and 3 macarons (Blueberry, Chocolate, & Lemon). The tea has a choice between a cream cheese or salty milk cap topping. I don’t usually like that, but I opted for the cream cheese suggestion and it paired well with the drink. The caffeine from the tea helped me wake up too at 6 in the evening.
Macarons were 3 for $7. There are other pastry options. I think there are snacks options, but when I visited it was unavailable.
A little later, I decided to order the Tropical Peach Mango Yogurt (in a jar bc I saw a sign saying the jar is free). I’m biased because I love mango, so of course I thought it was delicious.
Note: There is a credit card fee of 38 cents.
There is only one restroom.
They have small plushies for sale.

I had a great first experience. First off, the design and setup of the store was small and intimate but trendy. The service was swift and efficient and MY taro tea was pretty good. The plastic sealed lid was a tad bit difficult to poke the straw through but no big deal there. Overall, this place has a lot of upside.

Kind of at a loss… This is a good tea, it was really tasty and had great tapioca boba- but as someone who loves taro milk tea, this wasn’t really… taro… It basically was just a black milk tea.
On the other hand, the decor and general atmosphere is awesome, and the staff were really understanding! They offered to remake the drink but the graininess and flavor of the tea was already a little off putting…
Maybe I’ll stop by again another time and try something else off their menu, but I’ll probably just go Moge Tea instead, since they have actual taro in their drinks…

I really like this place. I usually get one of the iced coffees however I do recommend the strawberry milk. This place is always clean and consistent with great service and products. They also play a good selection of K-Pop hits. I will be back. P1ECE forever!!!!!!
