We arrived at 9:52p. The door was locked. I knocked because they had a FULL staff, that apparently was just trying to leave out at 10:00, which is the closing time. The young lady came to the door and said they were closed because THEY RAN OUT OF PIZZA BOXES . I Told her that it didn’t make sense for them to run out of pizza boxes. I told her that we left a performance event for my son, INTENTIONALLY, so he could get his pizza. We wouldn’t make it to another one in time. She then said she was going to see what her Mgr. Could do. She left me at the door, and went to talk to the manager, WHO NEVER CAME TO THE DOOR( !!!). They turned the lights off at 9:58p…. STILL NOT COMING TO ADDRESS ME AT THE DOOR (SMH). I’m actually writing this review standing at the door. THEY JUST MISSED ANOTHER COUPLE AS WELL.
IF YOU CLOSE BEFORE 10P, THEN SAY THAT!!!!! PEOPLE WANT TO BE WALKING OUT THE DOOR AT CLOSING TIME, INSTEAD OF SERVING UNTIL THAT TIME.

Absolutely the worst Little Caesars. I love Little Caesars, but this place is terrible.
The only thing consistent is missing items and disappointing food. I don’t understand how they’re even doing business from this location. I’ve been living down the street for 3 years now and have never had a single positive experience with this store.

I eat here more than I’d want to admit because it’s nearby and cheap. T-Mobile always gives coupon codes too.
9 out of 10 times the pizza is actually good. I always order online 20 minutes ahead and pick up using the code, so I can’t speak for the “hot & ready”.
Every now and again something will be up, like the pizza undercooked a little or tasting off, but it’s definitely the exception. Most of the time the pizza is even good enough to reheat leftovers and that’s rare.

This place is getting worse and worse. Today I ordered delivery and it arrived in smaller boxes, all stacked up and terribly cut. The edges looked awful, not appetizing at all. I only go back because it’s close, and every time I go, something gets wrong with my order or the pizza isn’t made properly; it’s like they’re just doing it half-heartedly. They should try harder!

I ordered a supreme pizza and when i received my pizza it only had the mushrooms and pepperoni? I dont know if the store ran out of the other ingredients but i still ate it LMAO. Probably just a one time thing since they always get my previous orders correct

I like ordering here for pick up, they always have my pizza ready and hot. Here a picture of my latest pizza we sure did enjoy it. It has lot’s of cheese inside. These place gets very busy during the weekend or at least on Fridays when we’re passing through here it’s pretty busy I like ordering by phone to get here and quick pick it up but sometimes I come by and they have some ready to just grab pay and go plus they don’t take much longer on making your pizza they give you an estimated time about 15-20 minutes depending on orders but they usually have it before that time I get mine in about 10-12 minutes, people like coming here maybe like me because of the quicker you get your pizzas and because their hot and crunchy or maybe the employees are nice and professional or many other reasons but I like to come here because of all that and it’s also cheaper than other places I like pizza from other places too but these one it’s still cheaper and good and never had any issuesbefore. Well definitely still keep coming here whenever we’re super hungry for pizza and low on budget.

I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars. I placed an order and was given the completely wrong food — not even close to what I asked for. When I pointed it out, the manager and staff showed zero concern. I was basically told “oh well” and that I’d have to wait another 15 minutes for the order I already paid for.
The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and it’s frustrating to be treated like your time doesn’t matter. I won’t be coming back. Manager stated his name was Rodolfo.

I guess it’s no point in getting the online specials if when you pick up the order they don’t give it to you … ordered the crazy crust special and they just gave me a pizza with regular crust I bring it to the lady attention she takes the pizza back and just drizzles some garlic butter and puts Parmesan everywhere instead of remaking it to st least make it with the garlic butter smh
