Worst food ive had. Went thru drive thru got almost 50 dollars worth of food. Barely any french fries in the containers and they were old and cold. The burgers were barely warm,slapped together and hamburger was pink. Haven’t had Wendy’s in a good year and I will not be returning. So disgusting!!

Went in after the gym for a Dave’s classic and a frosty. Whoever made my sandwich took great care with it. I usually order Dave’s classic. But, this one was made perfect in every way. Kudos to the sandwichteer.

against better judgement, I went late at night and had wanted to try their Barbecue Chicken Sandwich and not only was the chicken cold it was tough and definitely NOT “made to order” it was held for far too long. Same sandwich, I had ordered NO crispy onions and they put them on it. I expected it to come with muenster cheese but maybe they didnt feel like getting it or forgot the cheese for that sandwich build but either way, they put American on it to cut an unnecessary corner in their evening. Fries were made to order, hot too! Just watched them drop them and use tongs to put then into my fry carton BUT without salt, and a size large not even half full. I recommend going during the day.

Visited 6/22 I am new at using the app Nobody in the drive-through or general manager couldnt help me. A long wait in the drive-through 45 minutes. When I got to the window i told general manager I will just pay full price he specifically told me it was a problem I was holding up the line. Chicken nuggets were cold nuggets were cold and real hard looks like French fries were chopped up there was fries chopped in pieces. Order wasn’t how we ordered it. I called and spoke to him regarding my order and fries all chopped up! He was very mean and sarcastic he said that is how I give them to my customers. I said Why would you do that with my order is it cause i held up your line! I told him my food was cold he said that’s how he does it to his customers! He was raising his voice to ne and didnt let me finish talking. I said im calling cooporate office on you. My order wasent edible a waste if money my Husband I or my Pops didnt get lunch I said you are not management material whatsoever you are the worst Wendy’s employee and Manager I’ve ever went to. Waiting for a phone call back from the corporate office this is uncalled for. My pops is 97 years old a World War II but we’re too vet and he says what’s the matter with that guy you don’t know how to treat you right. He got me so agitated I didn’t feel like eating anything when I got home I’m irritated he was rude sarcastic and just a jerk!

Terrible Experience at Wendy’s
I had an awful experience at this Wendy’s location. The other day, I ordered two Classic Chicken sandwiches with tomato and lettuce, but when I got my order, they only gave me ONE sandwich instead of two. To make things worse, they didn’t even provide a receipt, so I had no proof to dispute the issue. This kind of service is unacceptable. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered is frustrating enough, but not having a receipt just makes it worse. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The chicken has been replaced by breading, water leaking all over the foundation drink counter. Definitely for the price could have ate else where and will next time.

Ordered and paid for two chili salads at the in-store kiosk. Went to pickup salads and was told the store had no forks. Apparently there is no store in the area that sells plastic forks that you can give to customers? Eating salad with a spoon is no fun and the person that bagged up the order thought it was funny and suggested we use plastic knives as chopsticks. Not funny at all. Fast food gets a bad wrap partially for reasons like this. The manager should go to a local grocery store and buy some forks. Geez…

Drive thru was slammed . Went inside and ordered my food. Soda machine was low on carbonation and coke was flat , and no ice in the fountain machine . Asked the girl behind the counter for ice and a sweet tea . Tea was great and food was hot and fresh .
