My visit was very good, especially considering I arrived about a half-hour before close on a cold January night. Parking was tight, even considering my late arrival. A young woman promptly greeted me at the door. The dining area was extremely neat and clean, and I really enjoyed the western themed decor.
I had my choice of seating as the only other customers were leaving as I entered. This restaurant offers an extensive menu with generally reasonable prices. (I did find the cost of some items…e.g. omelettes…higher than I’ve seen in other towns and cities.)
The greeter was also my server. She remained pleasant, but as is often the case with younger employees who are dealing with unfamiliar customers, she tended to stay away, preferring to chat with another employee and only visiting my booth as absolutely necessary.
I ordered a half-pound hamburger steak meal, but received the quarter-pound version instead. Fortunately they charged me for the smaller amount, so I didn’t mention it. The meat tasted great, and the mashed potatoes with brown gravy were quite good. I was disappointed by the small meat patty and scoop of potatoes provided.
Despite the bobbles, I would return. Even though I’ve only visited once, this place seems to be a consistent, dependable establishment providing very good food and experience.

My husband and I both agree, this is the best little breakfast diner we’ve ever been to. Our favorites were the cinnamon roll pancakes and the Campfire Stacker substituting one of their super soft, fluffy biscuits instead of the Texas toast. The cinnamon roll pancakes are an absolute must! The best pancakes of our lives! Super sweet staff with great service as well!

We had motorcycle trouble in Ponca City, staying at an inexpensive motel. A local mentioned that we were next door to Garrett Wrangler – lucky for us. A sweet little place, named after the late child of the founders with hand made furniture by the grandfather and staffed by great people. Several fine meals there before the bike was fixed.

So it is Thanksgiving day, and I ordered biscuits and gravy to go
I walked into the restaurant and the first thing I said was I’m sorry you guys have to work today
The manager/owner walked out to me and said we’re only doing breakfast. Everybody gets to go home to their family.
He was super sweet very respectful. I wish I would’ve gotten his name.
But anyway, everybody was in great spirits, had a wonderful smile on their face so I grabbed my food and came back to my motel room
And let me tell you that has got to be one of the best biscuit and gravy platters I have ever had
Thank you guys! You really made my morning

First time eating there, the food was absolutely amazing everything we ordered was there was warm no complaints…. The atmosphere was very nice felt homey no complaints there..
Now service yes great service, now way to many servicing us only cause everything seemed jumbled. That’s where my issue is since there was more than 1 server things were not adding up.
Like I had zero ideas that coffee was x price then every refill is x price…. Holy crap my bill(yes I can afford it but just letting them know) 43.63 on to of that I tipped 5 3 for main waitress and Buck a piece for the other 2 that came by as well…… My complaint is for French toast country Benedict small biscuits and gravy and 2 coffees it was 43.63 so I was charged with what -78 refills which didn’t ask the ladies came around and just filled them which was great I like that type of service, but I don’t believe I had that many but I digress just maybe y’all will tell newcomers about your drinks and etc…..
I’m truly not trying to be complainiing your good amazing and service I’m just giving my honest review
Would def think about making this my weekly/weekend breakfast place as long as we can figure out the situation

We live 4hrs away and when looking for something to eat this was open. Food was mediocre. Waitress never checked on us so we never got refills and glasses set empty. Potatoes tasted instant no seasoning and the chicken fried steak wasn’t much better. Cute little restaurant tho.
