Our experience this time was absolutely amazing! The last three times I was there was not too great. This time it was outstanding!! Not only was the food incredibly delicious, Stephanie our server was extremely helpful.
Also, I had requested a quiet table because there were two hearing impaired people, and we had the perfect table and in front of the fireplace. Thank you so very much!
I highly recommend the prime rib. Done to perfection!

Amazing dinner & service at the Keg St. John’s. Everything was perfect from the drinks, the starters, mains and dessert. The mocktails were priced appropriately, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our wonderful server, Daniella, made the experience exceptional.
And thank you to the hostess for the window seat – travelled across the country so it was nice to enjoy the harbour view.

If you are a steak lover this place is for you had it again this week. Steak was seasoned perfectly and again grilled as requested. Lots of homeless people around lots of establishments downtown cannot blame the keg for that out of their hand. Some people are clueless and love to be negative. Keep up the good work keg.

We always sit on the bar side, and the service is consistently top-notch! From the hosts to the servers and bartenders, everyone is amazing.
The food is delicious every time we go, and we have to give a special shoutout to the bartender with the colourful hair — she’s always fantastic!
We keep coming back because of the great atmosphere and outstanding service.
Our only small note is that the bar area tends to be a bit chilly no matter what time of year or where we sit. I’ve learned to always bring long sleeves! Lol

I stopped by given this place was right in front of the hotel I was staying at and had a great experience. I ordered the prime rib, asked for medium rare, and did they ever deliver! The prime rib was tender and very flavourful on its own. A forewarning, their horseradish is fresh and insanely powerful, good pairing to the prime rib as with the aux-juis. Likewise, the service was wonderful and food came in a timely manner, tables and area was clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. This place has great scenery and views of the port and docked vessels!!

I’ve been there couple of times ago last year, but last night I changed my mind about going to this restaurant anymore. This wasn’t like a perfect experience as we had previously. We ordered two top sirloin with mashed potatoes and the steaks were already cold when we got them. Even the taste was different from last time we’ve been there. Mashed potato was the best part of it last time while this time it was mostly filled with potato skin. The carrot and vegetables were almost raw and too hard to eat. My daughter ordered keg burger which was not cooked good either. The staff were helpful but I guess it was so busy and they had short of staff that they couldn’t handle it.

We visited for my nephew‘s 21st birthday. First they made space for us in a very crowded restaurant, which on its own was great service. Then on top of that, we lucked into the most amazing waiter. Lloyde was fabulous from start to finish. He made us feel welcome and was very attentive and efficient. Despite how busy it was he had a warm smile on his face each time he stopped by. My nephew said it was the best meal he’s ever had!!! Couldn’t have asked for more Thank you!!!

Had a great meal with my husband.
Previous visits are usually quicker. Which I am okay with but the staggered service this visit was grand. We weren’t without a drink. Appetizer etc and we slowly we are able to enjoy our meal.
The food was great. The service was great.
We were install sat in a partial booth and wanted table aside. Which staff provided.
