First time at Noodles and Co. Ordered the garlic crunch mac and cheese. It came out slightly warm. None of the cheese was gooey anymore. It was also very salty. I only finished it because I kept picking at it while talking for a couple of hours with a friend I met for lunch. Service and ambiance was great, but the food is the most important part and it was really disappointing. I’m willing to try it again with a different dish because my friend really liked hers.

I loved my my dish, the pasta was cooked just perfectly & the pesto sauce was amazing. Will be getting some meatballs next time just to try something else but the steak was perfect as well. Very flavorful & it wasn’t too expensive.

Didn’t have high expectations for this place. However having tried it i will say i would recommend and go again. Mainly for convenience and if wanted quick noodles or fast food pasta. Nothing is like handmade or from scratch but i will say everything we had was pretty tasty. The tortellini pasta with garlic Alfredo sauce was really good. The shrimp and noodles were good could have had a bit more sauce. And portions could have been bigger we went with the largest size was expecting a bit more. Dumplings were fine but of course they were frozen beforehand. Not complaining. Like i said everything we had was tasty. Staff was pretty decent from our experience. Ordering was easy, food order came out really fast, and had lots of options.

I discovered this place about two months ago, and I have ordered at least half a dozen times since. The food is always delicious, in particular, the chicken soup, pad Thai, and roasted garlic cheese tortellini. I have not been disappointed with any of the dishes. It’s a great place!

Have tried in the past and liked better but have always felt a little pricey for a fast food bowl of noodles with a little bit of stuff mixed in. Today the taste wasn’t even great. My daughter and I both got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The chicken was fairly good and the couple bites with buffalo sauce and other toppings were pretty good but almost no sauce at all. It was like eating a bowl of plain noodles almost. It seemed they put a tiny bit of shredded cheese on top and some pasta water and expected that to them into mac and cheese. Not ooey or gooey and mostly just mac. My husband got the pad Thai with tofu and said it was OK but wasn’t thrilled. I tasted it and it was pretty sweet, not something I would order. Got a big rice Krispy treat for later as those are always good there. Also all food was served in to go containers and a brown paper bag even though we were eating in. Kinda strange. $34 for 3 regular bowls, no drinks, & one crispy treat. Not a great deal in my opinion, especially when food is not on point.

Amazing prices and AMAZING food! We had the Mac n’ cheese and Pad Thai. Honestly going to be our new restaurant to visit anytime we’re in Tempe!! Amazing service and food came out in a timely manner. The atmosphere is awesome as well. Great vibe in total. 10/10

I used to frequent Noodles and Co at a new location in Gilbert. I haven’t been in years but was excited to find one near me. I remember it being fresh with a great environment, it was phenomenal! The quality at this location was that of Applebees, barely warmed up and looked like they could have been microwaved meals served to us on plates. My friend and I even stuck our fingers in the food as soon as we were served them as we dined in. Luckily the shrimp in the shrimp scampi didn’t give me food poisoning but just this experience, even days after I’m still craving for that beautiful experience I had experienced so many years ago. Literally, the disappointment is so deep that 4 days later, at least one time each day, I remember my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with my visit. It was clear this is a fast food location trying to be a sit down restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE. Also there is a gender neutral bathroom but was not stocked with toilet paper.

Such wonderful staff! I ended up getting a call about a second interview for a job i applied for and they gave me a congratulatory rice crispy <3 the prices are really good and cheap for the level of quality. I got the pad thai which tasted amazing! Very flavorful and fresh. They have options for people who are trying to diet.

This was my first time dining at Noodles and Company, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the dining area was clean, and the food (I ordered the buffalo chicken ranch mac & cheese) was fresh and delicious.
There was even clear effort put into the presentation of the dish as well, which I never would have expected from a popular chain restaurant.
