This place has TWO FLOORS! I haven’t seen a Caribou like this before. The customer service is excellent and the food and drinks tasted good. Very cozy atmosphere with cool pictures on the walls. The upstairs has a meeting room and a bookshelf with books you can pick up and read while you are here. The noise level depends on the customer base in the store at the time. It was very quiet when I got here but a family with children walked in and the kids were a bit loud but it’s refreshing to be at a coffee place with a varying customer base instead of places where you feel like you have to be extra quiet. A very open space with a lot of windows so you can sit and enjoy the natural lighting. Plenty of seating upstairs and some downstairs as well.

I have always found this to be the loveliest of all Caribou Coffees because of the stunning, historic building. Over the years, I’ve met many friends here and hosted multiple business meetings.
The raspberry white chocolate chip scones are my favorite treat.

It’s such a cool place to have coffee and relax. I went there to get some work done. There are plugs, plenty of seatingof the upstairs even had a fireplace and a library (bookshelf) I had a sausage sandwich and some iced chai. Everything was tasty and the drink was so good. I sat there for a few minutes and the place got busy but never too crowded. The coffee shop is inside a historic building I just wished there was some info about the building to learn about its history.

Can we all agree the perk/point system is broken. Of course, the corporate suit is to blame. With that said, this review is based on the local locations.
We have 2 in town and absolutely love both. The current staff at both locations are amazing. They almost always have my mobile order ready. I heavily edit some of the drinks, and everytime its perfect! When super busy, the staffs communication is not only with each other but also with guests. It’s becoming rarer in customer service, sadly. Keep it up, Caribou Red Wing!
1st review: Sad when you pay 6 dollars for a drink and this is what you get. Can’t even fill it up. Probably the amount of a sm in a lg cup. Always love Caribou. Normally extremely satisfied.

Cute location, great for hanging out or working. I appreciate that the coffee shop has a community board. And I love that they have heavy cream as a milk option also—my latte was delicious. I don’t recommend the chia tea latte though. It tasted like plastic / chemicals. I ordered one for my daughter and it wasn’t untill we left and she wasn’t drinking it that I tasted it and realized it didn’t taste right. Probably has more to do with the chai tea product the company uses, more so than this specific location, but wanted to mention it either way.

This location is by far the LARGEST one I’ve ever seen and beautiful!! Actually in the origami building in Red Wing MN of train station/depot. Great drinks of all kinds and very good staff.. customer service to a T.

Such a cool Caribou location! It’s a completely brick building with two stories! The upper floor has a small library area you can grab a book and sit down and read. Check it out if you’re in the area!
