Went theough the drive-thru the other night. I had the worst experiences at Taco Bell and thats saying a lot. Madori was very rude! We Waited 20 min for our order! No communication on why our food was taking so long. Had to ask for the drinks so we could at least have something to drink while we waited. After waiting fo so long we get home and our food looked like it was in a fight. The shell of the chalupa was so hard it couldn’t be eaten. The burrito was hard as well. Im failing to understand why we waited for so long to get food that couldn’t be eaten.
I’ve been to this location before and was not impressed with the staff or the food. I thought to myself lets give them another shot.. they failed. If I could give a negative star I would.I will never fo back again..

Food was good. The staff had a attitude about having to get salt and pepper and napkins. Im from va and up there everything is out this place no condiments , napkins sauce nothing is out for you. Make sure you ask for everything or you will get a attitude from staff for doing there job. I was unaware of this before ordering food. Im talking even drink lids and straws were behind counter its crazy. I don’t recommend this location particularly others I don’t know about but overall alright experience

I’m sure this is going to fall on blind eyes but your night crew needs retraining. I literally ordered 2 tacos supremes and 20 minutes later it’s not there. The guy kept on going in and out to cars that they messed up their orders and I saw employees just standing around. I know it’s just taco bell and KFC. But do better.

I love KFC, bit this is the only location that always gets it wrong. First, you are never greeted, second, three chicken buckets, strips and even nuggets are always overcooked, dry, and feel like have been sitting under a heater for a long time, even when there a line of cars every time you go there. Needless to say, it will be best to drive a few more minutes to go to any other KFC location. I have given this one multiple opportunities, but it never fails to disappoint.

Ordered the $5 TRIPLE DOUBLE crunch wrap supreme box tonight and this is what I got. It looks exactly as if I got just a regular crunch wrap supreme. Theres is no meat at all!!! Pictures to prove it. On top of that they kind of burnt it as well. HIGHLY disappointed in this taco bell.

Tried the new Crispy chicken wings with spicy ranch sauce. We went at 12.15 pm and you only get five pieces of chicken wings. Very bland wings and our was just warm. We ordered fries with it and they were also just warm. All in all we would not recommend them at all.keeping in mind this was a busy time, so expected hot food. Expensive for very little and not hot. Disappointing to say the least. $17 for wings times two with one portion of fries, no way. Go to Winn Dixie and get a lot more, hot, fresh and much cheaper. Never again.

Horrible service! When you order from the drive- thru they tell you to pull up to the side doors, this is where they have you wait! I waited over 20 minutes for 3 Tacos which they got wrong. The worst Taco bell to visit, they get your orders wrong and the wait is always long!
