Was an hour and a half early for Dr appointment and had not had breakfast. Googling for restaurants in My Holly, came across Mt Holly Grill. Was also the first restaurant we came to. The parking lot was full, which is always a sign food is good. We pulled in and were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Even other customers spoke to us like we were old friends. Service was super fast. We got livermush, scrambled eggs and a gravy biscuit. The livermush was so crispy you could hear the crispy when you cut into it. The hot was served hot and very good. Will return when I have another Dr appointment as I live two counties away.

My server was an absolute sweetheart. Such a nice lady!

Bacon was cooked to death. Possibly cooked days ago and reheated.

The grits were good. And I dont usually like grits, but I keep trying them different places.

Pancakes were mids. Also kind of over cooked.

Thia is a great local place to go and eat. There is a full menu with a lot of item to pick from. The hours are really good and the servers are friendly and positive attitudes. It was busy when I went, it took under 10 minutes to get a menu and our drinks but I did look around and seen they had a big crowd. Once we got our menus and drinks the food and service was fast and very good. They food was hot and fresh and tasted like a home cooked meal. I would definitely go to this place and try the other items on the menu. If you are looking for something good and a taste of local, I recommend stopping in for a meal.

Nice little dining area. Had most of the room to ourselves. Seating was a little tight but moved some tables around. Food was all hot and cooked to order. I had the fried steak and it was very plentiful. Our server Angel was very welcoming and helpful. Plan to come back and try breakfast and a light lunch.

Awesome breakfast!! I had the All American breakfast, pancakes (I made mine blueberry), 2 eggs, bacon, country potatoes and i added a small side of cheese grits . The coffee was amazing as well. I will definitely come back here.

From this outside this looks like a “hole in the wall” kind of place but the inside is clean, well kept and the service was top notch. We had the French toast which my daughter deemed the best she’s ever had. The biscuits were light and flaky. The meats were super fresh and juicy too. Highly Recommend!!
