I came here today around 1:30pm to place an order and I had to stand and wait before I was assisted in the Togo area. Once I was I placed my order and politely asked of the cook could please cook my eggs for my sandwich on the grill instead of the skillet. I’m 4 months pregnant and I can literally taste the skillet ant it makes me sick. I don’t think this was an out the way request and I was very nice, yet still was denied. It definitely put me in my feelings and I made a complaint. Now I came to this same location yesterday evening and had a very nice man accommodate me and I want to commend him. He was so nice and helpful to me and really enjoyed my food. It was cooked to perfection, but today was not it

(New crew members are hired there now) Its cleaner & smells better in there. New management has truly brought this waffle house location from a 4 to a 8.5 in my book. Food was a bit slower than usual but thats typical when training new cooks. Bathrooms are neat and cleaned to pristine conditions. Food was hot and good.

I sat down for dinner around 12:30 am ish. Was not busy. I was greeted when I entered. And welcomed. The store was very clean and organized. The whole place smelled great and the restroom (men’s) was very clean and well stocked. My server was fast and was very kind. She made sure I had everything I needed. My coffee was fresh and the food was hot and fresh too. The cook was fast and efficient. Definitely a Waffle House I will eat at again.

The dish had hair on all three plates, and they still charged us for it. What terrible service! We didn’t even touch the food Disgusting! I’ll never go back there. They don’t take care with the food. Honestly, this is a complaint about no good service, and they don’t use that very important hairnet.

This was our first time visiting this waffle. It was awesome. Our server Katelyn was amazing!!!!! Those grits were flavored with just the right amount of butter. My waffle hit differently. My sister had a pecan waffle that was the bomb. If you’re ever in Chattanooga Tennessee check this waffle house out.

Very polite and welcoming staff…they were prompt in taking my order..I was confused when I first walked in because to go orders were taking in a different part of the restaurant but it was fine they directed me to the right spot and took care of me right away.

My husband got off work and stopped to place his order around 11:45pm. I ordered a cheese steak omlet with extra cheese no peppers or onions and add mushrooms with a double order of very soft cooked bacon due to having 2 teeth just removed. The omelet was so messy and definitely not an omelet. On top of that there was so much grease in the container that I had to get napkins to soak it up. As I started eating, I found a long light colored hair in my omelet. Mind you my hair is really short and my husband doesn’t have any. My husband asked for eggs over easy and got over hard, asked for grits with cheese and a side of hasbrowns, bit just got hasbrowns. I would much rather drive to fort oglethorpe to that waffle house. The only good thing about our food was the waffle. The quality of food at this location leaves much to be desired.

I’ve been waiting for fifteen minutes. No one has even acknowledged my presence. It’s busy but not crowded. I can’t speak about the food because they haven’t taken my order. The tables are a mess. What a letdown. The night manager and waitress were both rude.

Food was great but took 20 minutes before someone spoke to us and there was only 3 tables with people made no sense, but normally they greet you when you walk in . 1 bad server won’t keep me from Burt’s chili yum . Try hashbrowns smothered covered chucked and topped Hashbrowns well done its Amazing .
