This restaurant has the best ambiance and the best seafood in Southeast Michigan! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for any occasion. The menu never disappoints, the calamari is perfectly crisp, the lobster is rich and flavorful, and the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo is absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. On top of that, the staff is fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always ensuring a great dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch seafood and outstanding service!

I liked my pecan whitefish. Good seafood, fried without as much grease as you’d get in New Orleans, perhaps to make it more appealing to central Michigan palates. Overwhelmingly selection of well-made items you won’t find elsewhere. A little pricey, but worth it for special occasions.

There on a slow night, got great treatment. Has surface and turf. They were out of steak on menu but replaced with different kind, it was fine. Lobster was a little well done and dry. I have been trying to get a yummy lobster for awhile, not sure this hit the mark. Dinner was still very enjoyable. Place is nice and comfortable.

I eat here several times a year and I usually give five stars, but the place was a bit off this time. The calamari is usually absolutely fantastic, but this time the calamari looked and tasted like the cheap grocery store frozen box variety. Usually there is some delicious sauce served with it, but this time it was just boring old cocktail sauce. The bread is fantastic, but find it annoying that you have to pay extra for it. Most restaurants that I visit, that are of this caliber include it in the price. The entrees were first rate, but the trout didn’t include a vegetable side, like it has in the past. The waiter was right on top of things and the service was great. I really enjoy coming here, so I hope they get the calamari figured out. Don’t forget to have a slice of Key lime pie; you’ll love it..

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this venue this past week. We sat at the bar and Chad was our bartender. His recommendations were on point and he was able to answer any questions we posed.

Food was excellent …drinks were excellent & service was excellent. The Haddock is my new favorite and the holiday drinks were very festive.

Mac’s is fortunate to have Chad and Saline is fortunate to have Mac’s Acadian Seafood Shack.

I was pretty impressed with this place, the atmosphere inside is awesome and their outdoor seating is gorgeous. The service was also super good, you could tell just from the way our server spoke to us he really cared. The food was also absolutely amazing, the cajun swordfish did feel a little underwhelming though. This place would be amazing for a first date.

Friends from Ann Arbor took us here to Saline. Don’t let the relatively quiet downtown make you think this place doesn’t have good food or seafood just because it’s in the Midwest. The scallop dish was great. The bread-crumb-crusted haddock was also good. But the sleep hit was the fish and chips. This is the real deal—beer-battered, with the exact consistency you expect from great fish and chips. Highly recommend The only thing I wished more from were the sides, which seemed relatively small. All being said, seafood was great !

Unfortunately we took pictures after we already dug in because it smelled so good
Madison was a great server and as first timers we plan to return.

I stopped in for a burger at Mac’s because the restaurant next door was closed. I am so happy I did!
Everything you could wish for in a dining experience exists here. My server Aly was top notch too.. Michelin star quality taste and presentation. Well done!

Seafood is my favorite so on a recent trip, I decided to give Mac’s Acadian a try. The food was seasoned well and I opted for the Fried Haddock and some jambalaya. Both selections did not disappoint. I visited for lunch on two consecutive days because I enjoyed the food that much and treated a colleague who works in the area.
