I love the simple menu, the friendly banter with the owner and they made sure we were taken care of. The regulars are so nice too, everyone is chatty and easy to talk to. The food was great, and it’s an adorable little restaurant. It’s also nice they have an ATM in case you didn’t have cash because that are cash only.

We love to visit Wimpy’s when we are in the area. It is a family favorite, unfortunately they were closed during our recent visit due to family emergency. Be sure to pay attention to the posted hours, they close earlier in the afternoon. We usually get a ton of burgers to share amongst ourselves for a quick lunch. The fries are also scrumptious! My mother loved getting the onion rings. Parking is limited in the small downtown area but you can park within the limits to have a nice stroll through the shops to reach Wimpy’s.

Food lackes much flavor , lack of accepting debit card and being over priced , and not giving free refills lent to it’s star level. I always give honest reviews I should have listened to the locals that told me all of the above and that they only went once and it’s been 10 years. They warned me that I would never go back , sad to say they where correct.

From when we entered the restaurant to being seated and asked what we wanted, our server wasn’t the most warmest or welcoming. The two people serving kept switching, One was very kind and the other, not so much. They were also overly attentive, asking if we wanted refills on horrible coffee about every two minutes. The food was pretty bland. And being told where we could sit and not sit was also a bit unwelcoming.

Sign on the door said closed until 3/11/26. Disappointed that we could not eat here after traveling a couple hours into the area. Maps info should have reflected this closure.

First chili cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time! Reminded me of the ones the Greek brothers made in the Coney restaurant I worked at as a kid. Super fast, freshly cooked food. Most everyone having lunch was a local.

We went here with my son and his wife and 4 grandchildren the man helping my wife and daughter in-law was very rude, we had never been here before and didn’t know what was on the menu or what to expect, so it took a little to long us to make up our minds for the man waiteri guess so he was not to friendly, Food was good, portions were very small. We ended up getting it to go it took due to the outside seating was to small for our party and we had a dog with us. about 25 minutes to get order, we went across the street to some picnic tables to eat.

They were extremely helpful on getting me into the restaurant in my wheelchair. One of the few shops that are truly accessible.. they made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was seated comfortably and found a place so my chair wasn’t in the way. Means a lot to someone who usually has to skip going into places cuz I can’t get my chair in.. the food was amazing as usually and I give so many thanks to them for doing all they did.
