It always seems to be that when I come to this particular Starbucks, there’s drama! I will probably never go back to this one again because the young lady who delivered my coffee out the window was so rude to me. The person who scanned my information named Theo was very nice. Asked me if I wanted a sleeve and a stopper! I declined the stopper and said I would gladly take the sleeve so when the person who delivered my coffee out the window handed me the coffee with no sleeve, but yet there was a stopper I asked for it to be corrected. I got the sleeve, but when I asked them to, please remove the stopper. They stopped and looked at me like I had three heads! I didn’t need the stopper because I didn’t need the extra trash in my truck. The barista turned and walked away and didn’t come back to the window no explanation no nothing and then finally somebody came to the window and I said I’m not sure what happened but all I wanted was for the stopper to be removed for my cup, as I do not want the extra trash in my vehicle, I was apologize too by that person, but I can’t believe that there was some kind of entitlement that made this girl think that she was too good to take the stopper out of my drink. I didn’t want it. Needless to say I probably will not visit this location again.

I come to this location daily…sometimes more…my kiddo and I even come in ant the end of the day and do homework here. Other than some consistency issues I’ve never had a problem and never complained.
Today I went in with my daughter after school for a special treat. The girl in the window asked if I wanted my drink extra hot. I said no, just normal temp is fine. It came out extremely hot…double cupped with a sleeve and I could still feel it through the cup also burning my mouth. I didn’t ask for them to remake it…I simply asked for a cup of ice given the temperature. She rolled her eyes, turned around, said something to the person making the drinks and then continued on with a sarcastic “I love dealing with people today”.
I went in and let them know I didn’t appreciate the rudeness but man…I’ll go somewhere else tomorrow and will think about this the next time I want to go back. Definitely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common courtesy.

It’s worth going out of your way to avoid this location if you need a quick cup of coffee. Took 20-25 minutes to get a drip coffee that was already brewed. Then the folks behind the counter pretend as if we’re a burden to whatever they’re trying to do.

i went around 12 today and everyone was so nice! we went though the drive through and my girlfriend went back inside to ask for some of the pumpkin spice seasoning on her drink (we forgot to order it) and she took the lid off and they happily put it on for her. when my girlfriend went to put the lid back on the cup busted and spilt everywhere. the staff was so kind and cleaned everything up and made us a new drink.

I ordered on the app for pickup. The Lobby was cozy and clean. Friendly and cheerful staff. Also FANTASTIC coffee! Honestly might be the best starbucks I’ve been too.

Very clean store, nice employees. Stores were wiped frequently. Floors were cleaned with a cleaning solution very often. Very clean bathrooms too. Food service was quick. Mobile order was ready within minutes.

My wife ordered a mobile order on the way to this Starbucks and because she arrived a little early (no difference in time if she ordered at drive thru) the women were incredibly rude to her. When she was getting handed her food a girl behind the woman handing it over said “just throw it at her”. JUST THROW IT AT HER. Because she arrived a little early. We will never come back and that girl should be reprimanded.

We came in to try the new summer drinks (as well as use the free WiFi..lol) both drinks were really good. The refresher was a little on the sour side, but the bobas were a fun touch.
