Disappointed!
Just got in town, sat down and opened uber eats. This place looked great. Got my food and when I opened it, there was black and red two toned hair in my food wrapped around my steak. Why are the employees not wearing hair nets? Got a refund from Uber eats and called the 1518 to let them know but come on, with the recent heightened sense of cleanliness can we please use the proper precautions.
In addition the other meal was also not eaten. No one wants to risk food exposure to unclean environments. Also the bread was really hard and fries weren’t that fresh. I think restaurant don’t care much for those who order because we aren’t in person.
I really wanted to eat this. It did smell really good!

1518 was a great experience for happy hour: we got well drinks for $5 and were able to be seated instantly on a Wednesday night. The happy hour food portions are almost like entrees— we ordered the spring rolls (which came with salad) and chicken tenders (about 7 tenders). Definitely worth the happy hour price, as the portions are large and the food is really delicious. The only thing I’d want to give another chance is the spring rolls: the flavor wasn’t as pronounced and needed a lot of sauce. Our server was super kind and I appreciate the staff!

Came here with a group of colleagues and was pleasantly impressed with the dinner menu. I ordered a Heineken and medium Ribeye w/Sautéed Veggies and it was amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well.

Nicely decorated, quick and attentive service, great drinks, and good food. Came here for a quick bite to eat before an event at the convention center (within walking distance if you were wondering). Ordered the lamb gyro and chicken Cesar salad. Only issue was for the gyro was they forgot the tziki sauce. However the quality of ingredients and the lamb meat were fine. Average prices and quality drinks from the bar. The manager was super kind and offered us a free round. The watermelon margarita was delicious!

This new found classic is Philly to the max folks! The bartenders are friendly, the beer prices are extremely reasonable , and the atmosphere will put smiles on your faces . We are here to watch the Rose Bowl and feel super lucky to stumble upon it. There’s even a red light , green light for bathroom availability. So fun!!

A great spontaneous stop led to one of the best meals and experiences we’ve had in this city. The waitress was fantastic. They have an extensive happy hour menu that included giant portion size food all of which was excellent. The owner even came over to say hello and gifted our son a souvenir just because. Totally worth it to check this place out!!!! Will come again for sure.

It’s nice place with good food and atmosphere, smooth service. We ordered a sandwich with short ribs, caprese and wine. Caprese was small portion with big cut of tomatoes and small pieces of cheese.

Amazing food! I had the burger with fries. Cooked to perfection and amazing taste! My friend had the gyro and fries. It was gone before I could ask for a bite lol so I know it was also amazing. We also did the calamari as an appetizer which was crispy and cooked perfectly. The sauces for the calamari were a sweet and tangy sauce which made the calamari even better! Our waiter was an older gentleman who was super kind & very attentive. We did a round of pickle back shots had beer on tap and I had a mojito which was great. Definitely a number one spot on my places I’ve eaten. Highly recommend!
