I had just got off work and I was really hungry and really not having a good day. So I wanted to treat myself to feel better and I ordered my bowl with extra rice. I truly love the extra rice and it’s as if they read it as light rice because they gave me like a small scoop of rice. What a bummer I was hoping for this bowl to cheer me up but this was my the case. This is what I get for choosing this place instead of the one on Alosta. They never fail.

I went a couple days ago to this location and spent $75 on lunch. I had 2 large bags, and in one bag were (2) bowls, one of them this half/half bowl with sofritas. Apparently very juicy?? Like, probably more watery than juicy, but I drive literally only 5 minutes back to work with the food on the passenger seat and as soon as I park and go to take the food out, the larger bag with both bowls rips open and juice and items fall out onto my leather seats. On my nice purse, on my keys, my key fob, in the cracks and crevices of my car and personal items, all because someone couldn’t 1.) seal a bowl lid properly and 2.) place the bowl straight inside the bag. Unbelievable. I don’t pay $75 for food only to have my car juiced and need to spend more money to get the stickiness & smell out of it. I was pissed.

Very disappointing! I ordered three bowls and what I get is basically half portion for each bowl. I never had such small portions of food from chipotle and this is honestly unacceptable. Don’t come to this location unless you want to be half hungry.

Worst taco ever made here. I was ordering a taco and they were like I’m gonna charge you like if it was a bowl. A taco is $4 and bowl is $16. I wasn’t doing anything wrong I was just ordering my taco like normal a that’s when they had the audacity to tell me that. Don’t ever come here they are miserable and serve small portions.

Jeremy was so attentive, nice, friendly, and had great customer service. The food was okay. Jeremy asked me what I wanted on my plate and where to put the food which helped because I didn’t want the food on top of each other. Thank you for listening Jeremy! The portions here are small. This is my second time at this location and didn’t intend on coming back, but I gave it a second chance. Both times the portions on every item is significantly smaller than at other locations.

Large portions a big plus. Carnitas are solid. Queso Blanco is great. Music is loud so conversations are a little tough, and seating is limited with half of it being tight up against the order line, I don’t like feeling so crowded.

I came here today ordering a regular chicken bowl and a double wrapped chicken burrito. I asked the girl that was serving me if it cost extra to double wrapped chicken burrito the burrito. She replied “No.” I then went proceeding pay. Once I left I checked my receipt and it said a .50 cent charge for tortilla. I know it may be only .50 cents but the principle and false information saying no that for an extra tortilla is very bad business and a lie. I have had a lot of different problems at this location with orders and food. This is my last straw. I would not recommend coming back here.

Good staff and the store is organized even though it is small. Location is convenient and close to Costco. Also nice to escape the heat wave in the area.
