ARBY’S TONIGHT YOU DID HORRIBLE(10:50pm) AND THE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE OUR DRINKS TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD AND WATER ALSO, WHEN I WAS EATING THE SPICY CHICKEN, IT TASTED LIKE IT WASN’T EVEN COOKED THERE WAS A BURNT SPOT IN ONE OF THE SANDWICHES EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NICE AND HAD MANNERS I JUST GOT DONE MOVING AND I EXPECTED A GOOD DINNER SO PLEASE DO BETTER NEXT TIME.

The staff had great hospitality. The restaurant was very clean. Very fast service after someone else took my food. Being a large order it took a while to fill so to have to remake it they were very speedy!

Barley anyone that works there, serhise is slow as hell they like to nonchalantly take there sweet time and half the time you can be standing there either waiting for an order or wanting to order and theyll look at you and everything and wait till there good and ready to come to counter yo ask if you need assistance…

Food was good, atmosphere was horrible the guy working at night needs to leave the young girls alone. He decided it was a good idea to flirt with my 13yr old daughter how inappropriate when I told him she was 13 he just laughed and said OK. He offered to smoke (weed) with my daughter on another occasion that’s why I went with her this time. I am truly disappointed that these are the kinds of people they have chosen to hire. Shame on you Arby’s. Disgusting for a 40+ man to think it’s ok to interact with 13yr old little girls in this way.

Normally I like Arby’s! This is NOT one of those times! The chicken sandwich was good, but not Hot at all! It tasted like it was sitting around for a couple hours! Yes…I did eat here somewhat late (8:15pm)…but you were still open, so I expected a fresher sandwich! I’d give that sandwich a C+! However, by far the worst part of the meal was the “curly fries!”. First, most of my medium box was very small bits and pieces, and even a few crinkle cut “pieces” were found! However, they were practically ice cold!!! No…I’m not exaggerating!! The fries get a grade of F for failure!! The fries were an embarrassment!! I know you can do better Arby’s, because I’ve seen better myself!! Maybe your evening crew doesn’t care about quality (or their jobs)…I don’t know. But, I expect better next time! As you know, there’s plenty of food establishments out there!! Give me a reason to keep coming here! Thank you.

If I could give a negative star tonight I definitely would! I have never had a problem with this location before until tonight. I get home to eat my food and my beef n cheddar sandwich had 3 strands (or more for all I know) of gray hair I pulled out of it and it grossed me out so bad at that point I gave it to my dog. I called the location right after to report it and was told “I’m sorry but we can’t help you without you bringing the sandwich back with the receipt” so I told them “well that’s fine, I fed it to my dog after almost throwing up and just want it reported” then I hung up. I proceeded to do the feedback survey off the receipt, but couldn’t do that either because it wouldn’t recognize the store location number that’s printed on my receipt as #07949 for the black River Blvd location in Rome NY! So, I guess it will be a VERY long while before I bother to give this location my service and waste another $30 or more on an order!!!!!

There have been a few nice people but all the others refuse to be nice. I Just moved here and the Arbys is hit or miss. I Spend 75+ every time. This last time i asked they had a roast beef ranch and swiss. Or. Could make it. So far ive recieved several deli fresh sammys. Several beef and lettauce and cheese sauce. None eddible. I love arbys. But this location Its luck of the draw.

Diablo Dare chicken and brisket challenge excepted and concord!! We put it up on YouTube. I preferred the brisket while my fiance preferred the chicken. They were spicy but not to the point were it would need a signed waver. Lol. The sandwiches themselves were great sandwiches with heat. The spicy does not down play the great taste of the sandwich. Jalapeño poppers with bronco sauce is my favorite thing at Arby’s.

Clean and neat. Food was exceptional. Hot and yummy as always. Can’t go wrong with Arby’s menu. But I love the Double Beef and Cheddar best!
