This jack in the box doesn’t even deserve a single star, I wish I could put 0. Their service is AWFUL. Especially that old lady named Nancy P at the window. Bad attitude, bad service, and just overall HORRIBLE. She’ll slam the window in the middle of you talking and for no reason at all. No one was being rude to her and I was being very polite. But I guess Nancy is just a bully who likes to be rude to PAYING customers. The owner needs to reevaluate who they have working at the window. Cause honestly, she’s making this store seem trashy and horrible. Why on earth would anyone want to spend money at a place where they allow their employees to be absolutely horrendous with the customers? I will be screenshotting my post. Cause I saw the owner deleted a review my friend wrote. If this gets deleted we will take to social media and tiktok (: DO BETTER NANCY! You’re too old to be acting like a child. I’m sorry you had to do your job like an adult :((

I have been a patron of Jack in the Box for over 50 years. I can totally understand how there is no more 99 cent Jumbo Jack or two tacos for a buck. But omg, to eat there now for two people and walking out with over $26 Less in your pocket is getting just ridiculous for fast food. I’m sure I’m not the only one that can easily tell how the Jumbo Jack has shrunk down to absolutely nothing, and is now over $7!. The Patty is smaller, the bun is smaller, there is almost no lettuce or tomato or anything on it anymore. It is about 1 inch thick as opposed do the good old days when they came on a sesame seed bun, an ample amount of lettuce tomato and pickles, and it was about 3 inches thick. The tacos now are about two bites and have almost nothing in them either. They are basically snack size tacos. Everybody is just blowing up their prices, while at the same time shrink sizing everything on the menu. I just wonder how much longer the customer is going to tolerate this before we all just walk away and never come back like myself and many others have already done with Taco Bell and McDonald’s for the same reason. Why should anybody eat at a fast food restaurant now when you can go to Olive Garden for the same price or even less? I will always be the number one fan of Jack in the box, but that doesn’t mean I will continue to be robbed blind every time I walk in there. Very sad to watch all my favorite places go down the toilet like this. The consumer is getting completely tired of all of this!

Love this Jack in the box they always have everything in stock when we go, Their protien Burger is so good and curly fries 🙂 I wanted to State that The Employee Griselda is Always I MEAN ALWAYS IN GOOD SPIRITS 🙂 She is the best!! I ordered online and they got the order correct but my problem is they did not give me any napkins or any sauce. I ordered six tacos two jr.chicken sandwiches and two sausage croissants. I didn’t expect them to put jelly for my breakfast sandwiches, but when I realized they didn’t give me any taco sauce or napkins I was kind of upset.

Yet another delicious trip. Forgot to take pictures of my pretty salad before I ate. I got the grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and they don’t charge you for an extra one. Best fast food salad I’ve ever had.

I just returned here, and let me say that I was disappointed. Not only did I order about $50 of food and drinks, but I paid for at least 7 cups of ranch and only got 5, plus I was supposed to get 1 cup with my monster munchie meal. Also, 1 of my monster shakes had a hole in the side of the cup, and I had to ask for the cookie topping to be added on top of both shakes.
