Food was utterly disgusting!
Just ordered and picked up lunch here. The app had a lunch special for two containing 2 sandwiches, 4 tenders, 2 sides, 2 drinks & sauce for the tenders. Because there was no option to toggle “no mayo” within the app, we called 3 times directly after— figuring it would be no big deal. No one would answer the phone. We drove to the location and let them know we needed one sandwich without mayo but they refused saying it would mess up their system. Fast forward- get the food home— open the sandwiches and mayo is literally bursting out all sides of every sandwich. Check out these pictures- they are literally drenched in mayo!!!

Placed order on kiosk at 7:12. 20 minutes later they tell us they don’t have enough chicken. Asked for a refund. Ok wait a minute. 5 minutes wait a minute again. 5 more minutes wait again. I got mad at that point and yelled. Ok now you’re really going to wait. Finally got my refund at 7:49
I will NEVER spend another $ at this location or franchise ever again.

The employees were very nice and super efficient. The place was very clean. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. I wish I hadn’t drove away and ate it but I was in a hurry. The chicken was complete rubber. There was nothing in it but tendons and chewy stuff. It was completely unedible and I know that has nothing to do with the employees. So I’m bitching at the company that was disgusting. That was a waste of $10 $10 for chewy gross unedible food

Ordered takeout through the KFC app for the second time at this location. Food was ready on time, accurate and was good… Bucket of original recipe and sides. Restaurant was clean. The area for ordering and/or waiting for takeout is kind of cramped if more than a couple people are waiting.
The only thing negative unrelated to my personal experience was when I walked up to the counter the person behind the counter said they were all out of dark meat before I could say anything. This was about 5pm on a Tuesday, on which day they have a digital deal on a bucket of dark meat. I said I had placed an order for for that. The employee asked my name and handed me my order. I guess I got lucky before they ran out. On my way out, who I believe was a supervisor was on the phone telling someone they were almost all out of chicken and she had to call someone else. Not good! Don’t know if that was a management (planning) or a delivery problem. Or if it is a reoccurring issue.

Bought my son and I a pot pie at 7 dollars each. The diameter fools you thinking its a good size but its shallow with little amount of chicken meat and veggies. Crust is on top and barely half way down .
We were disappointed. Ill stick to pieces of chicken and their sandwiches.

Placed an order at the kiosk, waited in the dining room and had to listen to the employees complain that I ordered food. When I got home with the food there was no sauces in the bag for the chicken tender. When I returned to get sauces and address my concerns the young lady shrugged her shoulders and told me to have a good night.

Always an issue at this location. Either my order is wrong, or, you’ll wait in the drive only to be told to come in and order. (I didn’t. I just left) They need another person to run this location. Not efficient. Very poorly run.
