I did not have high expectations coming here but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and attentive the staff was. They immediately greeted me when I entered and seemed very happy to be working there which isn’t always the case, especially at large chain fast casual restaurants.
The place was clean and the food was fresh. The portion size was decent for the price. The friendly staff and excellent service is why this place is worth 5 stars. I could see myself being a regular for lunch if I did not meal prep as often as I do.

I came to this CHOPT location in Rockville Pike for the first time two days ago and was greeted by Eva. She was so helpful and patient with me since it was my first visit, and it was later in the evening. I really appreciated her warmness and kindness. Since then, I’ve already come back for a second visit, and the experience has been just as great. The staff are consistently friendly everyone greets you and the food has been really good each time. Also great portions you get your moneys worth and can even split into two meals depending on how hungry you are !

They do perfect take out. Every time it has been great. I had this before but have a newfound love for it. The specials are good when I have tried them so far. Overall perfect place for lunch. I love how healthy they are. They always include silverware when packing a Togo order.

Joelle is the nicest and best employee I’ve met! She remembers what I get and is happy to make substitutions and make sure the food is just how the customer likes it. She also makes sure she acknowledges you when you walk in even if she’s working on another order so we know she knows we’re there. Love this location because of her!

I really enjoyed my visit to Chopt (Rockville’s Congressional Plaza) today. My custom-built salad was delicious. I was given the option to taste different dressings in advance of selection. The service was excellent and delivered in a congenial fashion. Staff at this Chopt deserve a raise! I highly recommend Chopt for your next healthy alternative to a satisfying meal.

This establishment is perfect for food and the service is amazing. The owner, Ms. Joelle, is so nice and has always been so welcoming every time I come into the store. She has been warm, making sure to take time to converse with me. I love coming here and I will be sure to continue in the future.
