You all know Panera, but what’s important is how each location is. This spot, the service was very friendly!! Fast too, and there was a lot of seating here. This location also has a drive thru available but I walked in for service, my preference. Got a pick 2 with Chicken Caesar Salad and Smokey Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and then another Chicken Caesar Salad. They tasted fresh

I went through the drive-through to get a Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, when I’ve got up to the window, I asked if my bagel can Be toasted and buttered first. The young lady at the window told me that they cannot put butter on the bagel..when I asked why She couldn’t answer me. She just told me that they could not do it. She told me that she could give me butter, which meant I would have to take all the items off of the bagel and butter my own bagel. I then asked for a manager, which seemed to perplex her. Some other young lady came up and said that they are not allowed to put butter on the bagels due to safety reasons. She then told me that they are not allowed to put cream cheese on a bagel. $7.49, I picked up my bagel at the window went to eat it and the sandwich was not cut and did not have any cheese on it. I went into the store and asked another young lady, Who was by the desserts , if she could cut my bagel in half And she looked at me, even though I had the bagel in the wrap from Panera and she just didn’t seem to grasp what I was asking. I then went to the line of where they were making sandwiches and asked if my bagel can be cut in half. It seemed that they reluctantly cut it in half.

Worst service always. Takes forever. All of the staff moves in slow motion. Then your food is usually cold because you had to wait so long. Never again. 25 minutes for Avacado Toast.

Ordered lunch in, a pick 2 with drink and half off cookie. About 16 dollars total. New cranberry chicken salad sandwich is good. I didn’t eat the bread due to gluten sensitivity. Family loved the oatmeal berry cookie. Place is clean. Food is what you expect. Edith the cashier was GREAT helping explain the menus, choices and new offerings. I will be returning.

This Apopka is not lacking in any way. Service is pleasant and fast. Food is tasty, and a duet continues to be reasonably priced, making it a great deal for a light meal.

Went this morning to pick up a Bakers Pack. I asked for all the bagels to be sliced as always. When I get home to have bagels with our morning coffee, more than half of them were falling apart because they were not sliced properly. Pics included for reference.
