The finest plate of sushi I’ve had in quite some time!
I had the large Sushi platter – 17 pieces of nigiri sushi. Every piece was absolutely fresh, sweet, and perfectly cut.
We followed that up with a couple of pieces of Unagi, for desert. It was a wonderful meal!
Service was prompt and attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was casual but calm and relaxing.
Definitely will be going back SOON!
Addendum: Back today and tried to BlueFin Tuna platter – Toro nigiri sushi (4 pcs), and Toro and Rice Futomaki, and 3pcs Chu toro sashimi and 3 pieces ohtoro sashimi. Wonderful!! very fresh and delicious. Best tuna I’ve had in years, reminded me of an amazing banquet I attended in Kyoto. That good! Check the pic of the ladt bites of karage, bluefin sushi and sashimi, and a great cold sake! And a tuna appetizer I’ve never seen before!!

I stopped in for dinner and was promptly greeted and seated. Water and miso soup were brought to the table within moments, which was a great start. The restaurant was clean, and the server was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. I ordered the hand-rolled spicy salmon and yellowtail, both of which were excellent. I also tried the Medusa roll with real crab—something new for me—and it did not disappoint. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience, and I will definitely be returning.

This restaurant is incredible and always consistent with the freshness and high quality of their food! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and I’m so impressed by their menu and attention to detail. Dining in is a great experience because the staff are very attentive and always bring drinks and food in a timely manner. I’m obsessed with the superstar roll along with their tempura Las Vegas roll.

The sushi is good and fresh. I had the Samurai roll as my main entree. It was good, but it seemed a little mushy with the crab. I also had tuna hosomaki and another that I forget now, but it’s pictured. Fish was fresh and the roll composition was creative.
The crepe dessert was also very enjoyable. I liked the layering a lot.
Price was a little high, but not unreasonable.

This is a great sushi spot! Maple Valley is lucky to have it. The food quality has remained impeccable in the two years since moving here. I try not to go too often so as to not get tired of it however with limited options in the area I visit frequently. I would recommend the crazy Joe if you like a little spice and the super Star if you don’t.

Servers and staff are SO friendly and helpful since they have so many great menu options. Got the superstar roll per their recommendation and it was amazing. Also got a dragon roll and my husband got a 7 piece sushi variety – all SO good. Bought one hand roll and it was good, but not worth $9. Ordered the crepe cake for dessert, it is perfectly light and delicious! The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is that it is SO expensive. Spent $75 even utilizing the lunch specials.

First time here and it won’t be the last! Fun atmosphere, great food, and friendly staff. And the cutest little robot server. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the experience! My eyes were way bigger than my stomach and ordered way too much.
