Bartender was very nice but slow and needs more training. He doesn’t know how to multi task nor how to make cocktails properly. I watched him take over 10 minutes to ask the only other two people sitting at the bar what they wanted. I too waited what felt like too long for my own drink. Another customer told me it was happy hour, I waited for about 10 minutes for him to give me a happy hour menu (happy hour was ending in about 15 minutes.) When I told him I wanted to close out, he disappeared for 10 minutes before coming back to ask if I wanted my check. He also put the same ice he used to shake the drinks into the glass, as opposed to draining the cocktail on to fresh ice. Not the worst things in the world until I saw a different worker go into the bathroom, he swung the door open wide enough for me to see he went immediately to the toilet. He was in there only long enough to pee. 40 seconds max. Not long enough at all to wash his hands. The inner harbor could be so much better if people took pride in their work.

I was taking a walk this morning and found this spot and I’m so glad I did. The delightful young woman at the counter was so kind! I was greeted with a smile and we laughed at the fact we use Duolingo. Her for English and me for Spanish. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. Let me tell you!!!!! I told them it was the best one I’ve ever eaten since my late mother made one for me.

Food was amazing, and ambience was very low key and friendly… if you want authentic and amazing food in a casual spot this is place… if you want a formal sit down dinner vibe : move on!
the staff was friendly and super accommodating and the chef(maybe owner(?)) came to touch base with our table at the end of the evening. Next time we are in Baltimore we will definitely be back! Five out of five stars!

Had lunch when it wasn’t too busy- food was hot, fresh, and excellent. Fresh nachos with a bright salsa, and enchiladas with a light green sauce and an outstanding mole. Service was quick and friendly. Would love to come back.

I will never visit this restaurant again. Two waitress. A server and 6-7 people in the kitchen. My supervisor, myself, and two other coworkers waited and watched for 45 mins while other customers that came in after us was seated, ordered their food, was served drinks; got their food and eating while we sat there and watched as if we were invisible. It disrespectful. Everything one of the waitress walked by they glanced our way and said nothing. I had to approach one waiter for our food which came as we were gathering to live. We asked for containers which we packed our food ourselves. They did not apologize nor did they offer us a discount. Poor services. The service was unacceptable. Period.

The service was terrible! Our server only took our order, and someone else brought out the food without checking on us. Eventually, we had to get up and ask for the check and some sauces. Additionally, the bathrooms were hideous and very unsanitary.
We understand that she might have been busy, but prioritizing the guests is essential for business.

I went to this Mexican restaurant with a group of friends and had a really frustrating experience. When we first arrived, we placed our order and sat down, but we didn’t even receive water until we had already been there for about an hour. During that time, we had to keep going up to the counter to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about us because no one was updating us about our food.
To make matters worse, another group came in after us, placed their order, and received their food within about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we ended up waiting nearly two hours before our food finally came out. It honestly felt like our table had been completely overlooked.
When the food finally did come out, not everyone in our group even received their meal. On top of that, some of the people who did get their food realized their orders were wrong. After already waiting so long, it was really frustrating to still have issues with missing and incorrect orders.
We also asked to speak with the manager about the situation, but the employees kept telling us that he couldn’t speak with us because he was “working.” When we eventually went up to the counter ourselves to address the issue, the manager was very dismissive and rude. Instead of trying to resolve the problem or offer any kind of accommodation for the extremely long wait, he brushed us off.
Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. Waiting that long with little communication, receiving incomplete and incorrect orders, and being treated rudely when we tried to resolve the issue made the entire experience really unpleasant. I definitely would not recommend this place based on the poor service we received.
