My mother and I order from Subway frequently! And my mother always wants the same sub every time, but she wants the ham switched out with turkey. Every Subway I’ve ever been to never had an issue making this switch except for this Subway. The first time I asked, the guy said sure, he’ll just need to ring it up differently, which I was totally fine with. But the last time I stopped, the guy said they couldn’t do that because it “messes up their inventory”. I get that, every restaurant must keep inventory. BUT when a customer asks for simple swap out and you claim you can’t do that because of a lame inventory excuse, I’ll start going to Sheetz where I can get whatever I want on a sub!!

5 Stars??! I travel the country and eat at a lot of subways. This girl Aislinn made my sandwich the best way it could possibly be made. I actually tipped her. It’s amazing eating the sandwiches that everybody else makes and they’re just not good enough.

This subway is normally pretty good but today all of the 3 girls working had a huge attitude problem. I ordered my food (12 inch steak on Italian and a 6 inch spicy Italian) and the girl didn’t even ask what I wanted on it… just started putting everything on it I’m talking onions green peppers and cheese and I said I didn’t want anything on it and she said with an attitude “you don’t want anything on your PHILLY steak and cheese?” I said no. I want mayo and onions. She was getting mad at me because SHE DIDNT listen. Then it was time for the 6 inch to get condiments put on it and I said “onion cucumber mayo and the vinaigrette” THIS LADY SAID YOU WANT PLAIN VINEGAR? I said “no the vinaigrette” then one of the other girls said “she said the vinaigrette not vinegar.” I was also over charged. A horrible experience and for some older women working there you’d think they’d have some manners.

Went in and ordered a Beast protein bowl. Got hardly any spinach for the salad base, a few peppers, and some round slices of tomatoes. Fairly certain the protein bowls always had double meat since you aren’t ordering the full sub…. Anyways the meat and cheese was just slapped on top, not chopped up at all. So there I am just taking the plastic fork and weaving it in and out of one slice just to eat it… Waste of 15 dollars

We stopped at subway on 7/2/24 after a quick Walmart trip. We were waited on by a very kind patient and considerate young man named Reggie I believe. My son is special needs and takes some time to order – Reggie was patient informed us of any additional charges and went above and beyond to be of assistance. Please subway keep this young man 🙂 he’s definitely an asset to your company

Terrible service. One lady on the phone, zero customers eating or in line, one young boy working who obviously was very new. I asked for a 12″ cold cut combo, the boy looked confused, the lady on phone said ” we don’t have cold cut combos” just 3 kinds of bologna. I was like ” really? you used to have them, well can you not put a couple slices of turkey on it then? She tells the boy to charge me for 12″ with extra for the “premium meats”. Ha! He rang it up & it was $13.69! They used to be $5 ( obviously I haven’t been. To Subway for years and now will never go back). I looked up at the menu above register and said ” right there it says cold cut combo”! I asked what the 3 different prices were for, so the lady (back on phone) says “I’m on the phone with my boss”. OMG I’m pretty sure THE BOSS would want you to take care of the customers first. Rude, ridiculous and uncalled for. Nope won’t be back.

Ordered online and food wasn’t ready. Ever sub was made incorrectly without exaggeration. Items paid extra for were not included. They were out of one item. They kept leaving behind the counter and bringing me the receipt to ask questions. The only thing they made correctly was the cookies and they initially forgot them as well.
Probably the worst Subway experience I’ve had. I generally like Subway and hardly ever leave bad reviews but felt compelled to in this case.

Waited 15 minutes while she waited on 2 people only to find out they had only 1 type of bread, no Nachos, most the bins were empty and it’s 6:30 in the evening. The lady was very nice but clearly over worked. What a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing, heading to the Dennys across the street where they will at least have bread.
