Arrived a little before noon on a Wednesday and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no one taking the order. Everyone else in line behind me left which I probably should have done. After asking twice if anyone was there to take an order and finally getting a response, I ordered a double wopper combo and an 8 piece nugget. There was then a wait in the nuggets, so they pulled me around to park and wait and then still managed to not include the honey mustard or ketchup I’d requested when they did bring me my food. The fries and nuggets were hot and fresh but that was the only positive out of this experience. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Will not order via app again from this location April-2025. Reason 2 burgers were to be dry and no tomatoes, both came slathered a dressing we had to remove. Meal incl sweet tea. They told driver they were out so they gave us no drink. They could have provided unsweet w note!

I am a regular visitor to Burger King, so the food and service always make me choose it. However, today at the Crockell Hill location, the temperature of the food was not the same – it was quite cold and the fries seemed to be from the day before. When I asked for new fries, they replied that they were freshly made (one is not ignorant). The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope this review helps them continue with the high standards of service and preparation that I always enjoy.

I work walking distance, love it here. Went buy food, get back to work it’s wrong. Tell the lady it’s wrong, should have been an 8 count jalepeno bites. This lady tells me I need to pay for 4 more cause I said 4. I say you charged me for 8. Say I still need pay, it’s hard retaining the fruits of the spirit as a modern day disciple. I point to the receipt, she apologize. Now I’m back waiting, I just said ty and left all the food and everything. Lunch over soon. Highly unprofessional…. I’ll never stop there again. This even after the guy flirting with me at the window.. I was just there yesterday and got an under cooked burger… Have it your way? Homie flirting, paying for food with a receipt that’s literally on the front of the bag you put there, being told I still have to pay for it, hanging out under cooked meat. And for fun times, Yaaaa guess who got to go out and spend money for something they didn’t get, and paid money to get talked to crazy, even though they put the physical proof which is the receipt on the bag which they provided. Utterly disgusted thoroughly at the mindset (cause it’s always room for improvement) and or the lack of awareness and what you are charging people and giving them. I pray leadership (manager in charge handling me in such a wroth fashion) gets it together.

I stopped at this Burger King location last Sunday for a quick bite and was very pleased with the service, in comparison to other Burger King locations I have been to in the last couple of months. I decided to dine-in and the restaurant was clean, staff is friendly and took my order correctly. The food was hot, delicious and was prepared very fast! I tried the Spicy Chi’King with no pickles and fries. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the mood for some BK!
P.S.: Bonus points for the genius and hilarious “We are hiring” ad!

Me and a friend came to eat here because we haven’t had BK in awhile. We ordered our food and walked to the table and I immediately went back to the counter after we ordered to add something and stood their for 3-4 minutes and not one person was in the kitchen doing anything. There were 3 employees standing behind me talking and did not acknowledge me or call anybody. Finally people started coming from the back. I ordered and went to my table. Sat there for another 12-14 minutes before calling my ticket number. Felt like forever. While we were eating most of the staff sits down in the both across the dining room and starts gossiping using non family friendly language. Also a booth by us has what I can tell is either an employees belongings or someone’s trash they left in the booth. Won’t be coming back to this one ever again.

The guy did not call my name and he was rude forgot my drink. I eat here all the time . Last time he was taking my order walked off and cane back about 6 minutes later. He needs customer service training. .I need to talk to the manager about this. This kid is bad I watched him good rude to multiple customers.

Dang this location did me wrong.. sloppy whopper the tomatoes were old and mushy.. I ordered a coke but it was down so I settled for a Fanta didn’t realize until I got home it had ants
