I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your drive-thru last night. I ordered a two-entree plate with broccoli and beef, teriyaki chicken, and a chicken egg roll. Unfortunately, the egg roll was burnt, and the beef and broccoli dish consisted mostly of broccoli with only two pieces of beef.

Additionally, I requested a generous amount of hot sauce while ordering but received only one packet. I was also asked again at the window if I wanted any sauces, and I reiterated my request for a lot of hot sauce, yet my order was not fulfilled correctly.

I regret not checking my order before leaving, but I was understandably frustrated once I got home and saw the issues. The service at the window was unpleasant, as the staff member who took my payment was rude. I expect to pay for good quality food and service, and this experience did not meet those expectations.

Given these problems, I cannot recommend this location and suggest others visit the Queens Gate Panda Express instead.

I asked the lady if she can pour more since she barely put any and this isn’t the first time ordering a cub meal for my daughter. She was very snarky and was like I need to charge you more. Which I would under stand if I’m asking for a full scoop but it was very little I ask for. I didn’t make a fuss and just let her charge me the extra side. What I find truly unprofessional is side gossiping about the situation and looking at me and my family making us feel uncomfortable because I ask for more. Keep in mind I just said okay and paid for it. The gentleman and the lady that rung us up were sweet. Just disappointed in this behavior I always get good customer service when I come but this girl was very snarky with her coworker. She was a white lady and with a Latin girl gossiping.

The lady working the window was INSANELY rude for absolutely no reason. She kept asking the name for our pick up order, which we provided about 3 times, then asked for a confirmation like she was completely confused, pulled it up on my phone and went to tell her it just shows the name an order to make sure thats what she needed. She interrupted me and said to provide the confirmation, which I was obviously pulling up and literally facing the phone to show her. Then she had to end it with a comment about how thats what she needed and thats why she asked for it or else she wouldn’t have asked with so much sarcasm i voukd feel it radiating off of her, practically throwing my food into the car. I dont know what is with the horrible attitude and customer service over something that could’ve been handled in seconds, but since she didnt want to provide clarity on what she was needing, I was the problem lol I usually don’t care enough to leave reviews, but THATS was insane

i love this panda, normally i never get bad experience but today i went to pick up my order that i made through online and the manager who was working today rui was the one serving my plate gave me this kind of chow mein, my two entrees were perfect but my chow mein was such unfortunate, i got more cabbage than chow mein. I hope this isn’t the expectation you guys have in panda express, it’s not fair that i payed $13 for a meal just to receive cabbage

The food was overcooked and disgusting, I went through the drive through, they forgot my 3rd entree, so I drove back after calling and letting them know, the cashier checked my receipt as if I was lying, proceeds to give me the entree,I get home open it up and broccoli looked so old and overcooked,so I drove all the way back and went inside, I spoke to a cashier and he said the manager was in an interview,but I asked the other worker to just give me something that was edible.. how can they serve food not Apt for human consumption?

Went for some refreshing tea in the morning when they first opened. The staff, one Aoife, greeted me; was kind and courteous while sweeping the floor clean. The raspberry tea was a bit too sweet for me, it would’ve been nice if there was an unsweetened green tea option. But overall, great atmosphere, great service, and friendly employees.

When I made an online order, I remember paying for the food myself, not have it made for free because with what I received the plate was served very poorly. It has very little food in it and I’m truly disappointed about it.

I came in at 2:30 today and the tall Latino man at the drive through window had such great customer service I even called to talk to his manager and thank them for the experience but no answer( probably busy). Now a days everyone is just doing their job to get paid and I felt like a human not just another order. Love the new building and my husband said the food was great!
