Grossed out by the location across the street, I tried here and found the same problems.

Employees were not following Subway sanitation standards and best practices by:

— not wearing head/hair coverings
— not washing their hands thoroughly before making a sandwich
— accepting payment with gloves on and them going back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves
— taking off one glove to accept payment and then instead of washing hands and getting new gloves they simply slipped the glove back on and continued making sandwiches
— touching their face with their gloves on and making sandwiches

I LOVE Subway and wish I didn’t feel like I had to drive elsewhere just for a sub.

First trip into Subway in years…it was dissapointing all the way around. Employees are not friendly…the toppings are sparse…little flavor and pricey. Definitely not the same as it used to be. One and done for me.

This used to be a great location a long time ago, but since management changed it has gone down the drain with it’s customer service.

Today, I went in to order and the woman who was serving me was rude the whole time. First, she was getting hasty with me and was rushing me with choosing my order less than a few seconds of me coming to the counter. She was also talking WAY too fast for me to even understand her. I politely asked her to repeat herself a couple of times, but she acted annoyed each time. And she didnt even smile the entire time. Definitely not coming back until everyone there learns some respect for their customers.

Stay away!!!!! They are crooks. They give you half the amount of what a normal Subway would give. I ordered a Cali Club and they cut the fresh mozzarella in quarters, and only gave you four little quarter pieces of one chunk. When it came to the avocado, they put a line across the size of a thin pencil. They didn’t wanna cook the bacon then they double charged me for avocado. There is also a communication gap as they speak broken English. I’ve given this place three chances and they’ve struck out and failed all three times. This was my last time going into this subway.

I recently visited the Subway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff at this location were rude and unaccommodating from the moment I walked in the door. When I placed my order, the employee seemed annoyed and rushed, and didn’t even care about how I wanted my sandwich prepared.

To make matters worse, when I received my sandwich, it was poorly made and didn’t look or taste fresh. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering the high price I paid for it.

Overall, I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone. The rude staff and poorly made food make it not worth the visit.

Service was horrible my child dropped his drink and we asked if we could have another cup and napkins for clean up but they refused my child a cup. Even after we said we would pay they did not want to. So glad we are at Walmart or he would have no drink. Also I heard the one cleaning up complaining to a customer about my child. If I could I would give a way lower rating!

On Jan 25 about 4pm I went to the Subway and was treated the worst of I’ve ever been treated at a fast food restaurant anywhere even in California and this is Alabama. I advise everybody not to go here there’s one just down the street. people that work at this place like to mess with you and They say they’re out of stuff Unless you ask enough time then they go in the back and get it. My philly cheesesteak was not melted If this was the 1st time I had ever gone into a Subway it would be my last it is my last time in this Walmart Subway 100%. Just a little extra I’d rather go to McDonald’s.

Canceled my order because they didn’t like the free sub coupon. Their website/app accepted it, they should have too. I wasted most of my lunch driving there. Then they lied and said it was due to no internet. I have an order confirmation, pending charge and order cancelation email. No internet? They pretend not to speak English and are likely complaining in theor native tongue. I’ve observed them when being here in the past. They speak fluent English.

This place is awful as far as the owners. For one they do not accept coupons. They will charge you for something similar instead of what you actually got for an up charge to make a lil extra. Awful service. Besides that food is just like any other subway.

Worst service and I have ever experienced I asked for guacamole and it was put on one side of the sandwich only.I had to ask him to spread evenly on the bread and he used his finger with a glove on and then used the same hand with the glove to take my cash I handed him for payment and continued to clean the counters with the same gloves.. uunbelieveable .. and to top it off they started speaking Indian in front of me as if I didn’t exist. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here and FYI I threw away my food
