At 10:20 we placed an order and we were told that they wouldn’t be able to make our order that late. We ordered 5 chocolate milkshakes and 2 vanilla milkshakes. It says it closes at 2 am. I don’t see why you couldn’t be able to make our food. Ridiculous. If you’re going to work, do it right.

Given no receipt. Guy at the speaker stated they were out of one of the items for the $15 specialty meal so I asked a follow-up question that he ignored. Wanted to still sell me the $15 meal even though it’d be missing one of the items lol. I asked for no onions…what do ya know…onions on the burger. And the cheesy bacon tots were gross and clearly been sitting awhile. It was fast though, I’ll give them that.

This burger king is Downright disgusting & filthy! Not 1 table was clean to sit down & eat. Trash was over flowing. The staff was rude & we had to repeat the order 7 times for it to still be wrong! No wonder they are shutting burger kings down. The girl at the front counter to busy on her phone & laying on the counter she couldn’t keep the dining room clean!

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 things: a sandwich and a wrap, simple, right?
Picked up my order to find that I got the wrong burger and no wrap. I turned around and went inside, and thankfully, they realized their mistake and got me my wrap. However, upon opening, it looked sloppily put together and hastily folded.
I’d be lying if I said it didn’t taste good regardless (burger wasnt my favorite though; Spicy Texas Melt), but this has probably been my worst service experience at a BK

I drove in thinking I’d go through the drive through. There were 6 cars lined up waiting at the speaker. Figured itd be faster to go inside. There was only one person taking orders for the drive though AND inside!! She was also the sole person collecting money. I simply left. I now see why no one goes to BK, no staff due to no sales equals why BK is shuttering stores. This was at 4:04 pm, dinner time.
