I went to this restaurant on Valentine’s Day so this review is based solely on one visit. It was very busy. We did not have a reservation, even though I don’t remember seeing anywhere on their website that reservations were needed. We waited 2 hours 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, the waitress bought us drinks, soup and salad and disappeared for the rest of the night. The chef was very entertaining but he never asked if anyone had any shellfish allergies (like they do at other hibachi restaurants). I watched nervously as he chopped up vegetables and shrimp with the same knife . I have a shellfish allergy. I watched as he did the same thing with the chicken, scallops and more shrimp that was ordered by those at our table. I understand that it’s busy but simple health precautions should still be taken. I didn’t eat much but what I did eat was tasty. I left a 20% tip but sister left a $10 tip which was shy of 15% by .89. But the restaurant added enough to her bill to make it 20% after we left. This surprise was on her bank statement. I won’t go back even though it’s probably a good place to eat when it’s not so busy. Oh, and the people waiting across from us in the waiting area did have a reservation and they had been waiting 1 hour to be seated.

The food was good, the cook was great, the grill was dirty from the start, the table was greasy, my plate was greasy as well. Then the bathroom the floor was sticky, it was dirty and one of the sinks handles was pulled off sitting beside of it.

The food is good no problem there the takeout system I think is kind of need rebound. I shouldn’t be charged 10% gratuity automatically for takeout. You didn’t have to serve me. I didn’t waste any dishes at the restaurant and then I ordered a kids shrimp for my daughters and it was never asked if I want it white or fried rice but when I go to pick it up, I get charged an extra four dollars for fried rice which I would’ve got the white rice honestly so in that after I got there like it’s kind of a scam but other than that again the food is good

This experience turned out to be a real treat. The environment is peaceful and the staff is very pleasant. My was knowledgeable and made recommendations that turned out to be the best choice for my meal. I ordered the salmon, and it was spectacular. The salmon had nice bite-sized chunks along with a melody of fried vegetables.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit to try something new. There’s no doubt that I will have another great experience.

We had Hibachi and Hanaoki never disappoints with amazing food and great service! The waitress was polite and quick to refill drinks and get orders. The chef that did the Hibachi was welcoming and made the whole meal alot of fun. Chicken and salmon Hibachi was perfection ad even had enough for lunch the next day!!!

This was an absolutely horrible experience, and it was just a take-out order. It was $90 for me and my husband to get Filet and chicken and Filet and shrimp. My husband got no veggies and extra fried rice for an extra charge of $3.00 when it was already $4.00 more to get fried rice instead of steamed rice. I asked for extra yum yum sauce and was charged $2.00 for the amount of sauce in these cups in the pictures. They didn’t give my husband any extra fried rice. My lettuce was disgusting in the salad, the portions were small, the steak (medium and medium rare) was like beef jerky, and we got charged an automatic 10% gratuity for a take-out order that was never mentioned to me. We called, and they offered to give us a voucher for a free fried rice next time we come back. They can keep that rice. We will not be back.

“Fly in my salad.” They are really good. I got 4 meals to-go plus 2 sushi rolls and appetizers and my total was just over $220 with tip and my salad had a dead bug in it. Did I eat it? After spending $220 you bet I did. Extra protein is extra protein. Do with this info what you want.

First of all I was disappointed but the prices shown on menus on Google raw layer than it paid. I was expecting $28-.28.50 for my entrees but they were $35 when I picked them up. DO NOT order carry out. Your portion size is way way smaller. Usually I get home with tons of leftovers and I basically had none disappointed…
