Fabulous Thai food. We are from out of town (DFW, TX) and considered our dishes comparable if not better to what we get back home. The presentation was beautiful, and the dishes we saw on other tables were equally beautiful and enticing. We had the Thai dumplings as an appetizer, and choose the Drunken Noodles with chicken and Red Curry with Chicken as our main entrees (pictured). We would recommend this place to anyone! Of note, the dining room is small (maybe 11 tables) but service was very attentive. We were in and out under 45 minutes. Lots of folks came in for take out!

Great food! We came here multiple nights back to back because the food was so good. The portion sizes were very filling. My wife got the Pad Thai and they made it without shrimp at our request. She loved it. I have been alternating the different Pho which is also phenomenal. Seating area is not very large as a heads up if you’re going at a busy time you may have to wait but its worth it.

First time having roasted duck Ped Mass Sa Man and it blew my mind! The curry was perfectly seasoned and complex, balanced with cinnamon sticks and what tasted like anise. The duck was cooked to a perfect crisp and also seasoned beautifully. One of the best Thai dishes I’ve ever had!! My partner had their tofu green curry and it was also amazing. She tries the dish at different spots every chance she gets and this spot was in her top three easily. Thai tea was very yummy. The service was also great — everyone was so amicable! We’d come back to pagosa for this restaurant first, and hot springs second.

We love Thai Pagosa. Usually we just order online and take it home, but tonight we decided to get there at 430 and have an early dinner. We were the first ones there, but within minutes, every table was full. Thankfully we got our orders in quickly. I had the Thai iced tea and it was delicious. We didn’t get apps, just our usual entrees. We love the yellow curry, extra spicy. ️ The girls had drunken noodles and soup which they said was delicious. Service was great, food was amazing as always and we were out in 45 minutes so that others could have a table. This is one of our favorites in Pagosa to eat.

We had a fantastic meal at Thai Pegosa! I ordered the yellow curry and my wife had the drunken noodles — both were perfectly spiced and incredibly fresh. The flavors were bold without being overpowering, and everything was cooked just right.
The spring rolls were also a highlight — crispy, flavorful, and served with a homemade peanut sauce that was absolutely delicious. You can tell they put care into every detail.
Our server, Paul, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. He is a fellow Okie! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Thai Pagosa is our favorite! We are local and it has been a staple for us over the years. The Thai food here is better than we find in bigger cities and I am so happy to have this restaurant in our small community! We usually get the drunken noodles and the green curry. And we never skip the spring rolls. They nail it, across the board, every single time! Consistent flavor, freshness, and saucy goodness! We usually opt for take out since the dining area is small and they are always packed.

Update 7/25/25…. Traveling through and I HAD to stop and eat…. The best Thai and friendliest staff…. Owner even remembered my name. If you’re passing through or staying in Pagosa Springs this is a MUST STOP!!!!

SIX stars !!! I have to agree with others that the drunken noodles were outstanding! My wife had a curry dish which was absolutely delicious as well. The service was very polite and AMAZINGLY quick wonderful presentation of the dishes as well! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
