Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Good afternoon. I Uber and a customer ordered 2 of everything which I was blessed and able to finally try the burger I’ve already had the chicken sandwich and it was wonderful. That burger was fantastic and I’m very picky and it didn’t have any cheese and I ate it. The fries no they were cold. The chicken honey biscuit was delicious just light on the sauce next time. The cherry coke was fire.

I decided to finally see what the buzz was about and stopped into the Whataburger in Overland Park for a quick lunch. Having heard numerous positive remarks, I was curious to experience it firsthand. The restaurant presented a standard fast-food ambiance, but I found it to be notably clean. Service was prompt and friendly, and I was seated and served within a remarkably short time.
I opted for the special mushroom Swiss burger, fries, and a drink, along with a banana pudding shake that caught my eye. The burger was indeed substantial, larger than what you’d typically find at other fast-food chains. It was also quite greasy, which, while not a detractor for me, is worth noting. The richness of the burger was undeniable. The fries were a highlight—perfectly cooked and surprisingly non-greasy. The banana pudding shake, while not exceptional, was adequate.
Overall, my experience at Whataburger was positive. The food was flavorful and the service efficient. I would certainly consider returning should I encounter another Whataburger location.

Very clean location that has all the modern features but also comes with fast and friendly service. I had the fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh and well prepared, drink area was clean and well stocked. It made for a fun lunch experience.

First time here. It’s alright. Sorry no food pics. We both had Jr burgers. My mushroom one was okay. Kinda greasy. It was big for a jr. Might come back but probably not . It’s kinda 1970-80’s vibe. It was clean but trash was full.

Our server Evan was amazing! He was running the place like a boss. He not only took out order he also ran our food and was cleaning the dinning room. The food was amazing.

The ordering kiosk wouldn’t move to payment screen for an unknown reason. We went to the counter to order and the workers kept looking at us and walking right past without helping us order.
We ended up placing an order on our phone for pick up because no one would help us. While waiting, a random man came up to my grandmother trying to sell vapes or something in a very odd encounter. All of the tables and chairs were dirty, the workers were not cleaning up the dining areas.
Food was fine but wouldn’t recommend a dining in experience at all.

Our first time here last Wednesday, 6/14/2023… but i was kinda disappointed when i get my food ….. I’ve told the cashier what i only want on my cheeseburger ….. still, they put pickles in it. Though, they change it, but again, not the one that i like…. this time they put everything in my burger….. so, i complain again for the 2nd time, and i was so upset already because of this, but anyway, i got my order correctly, afterwards .
Maybe, we will not come back here anymore .

I ordered the #23 pancake platter. When I got my food and left, after I got home. I saw 3 pancakes and no maple syrup in the bag. I asked for bacon instead of sausage and I got 1 piece of bacon but it was a half a piece crumbled at the bottom in between the three pancakes. The pancakes themselves tasted basic like cardboard. After getting through 1 pancake I spotted a long hair inside my food. That was enough for me I threw away the rest of the other 2 pancakes. Meal was less than $10 and its what I expected, cheap food no quality, lack of preparation, failing to provide everything on a dish thats on the menu. This is why I hate drive thru.

These places are so overrated. It’s just a barley average burger. Sonic is even little better. My bun was a little dry and could have been fresher. There’s better fast food burgers out there. Try HiBoy. Way better quality and taste.
