ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I worked at Taco Bell, and I never seen service so terrible. I ordered two combo boxes, there were only four other orders for lobby and pickup, and it took 30min to get COLD, SOGGY food! Chalupa was a half cooked cold gordita, the cheesy gordita crunch was soggy as play-doh from halfway down, and they skimped out on the meat. I barely ate half the meal because my hunger headache was turning into a migraine.
I could tell you that i worked at Taco Bell at a time when people could barely get their wallets out to pay for the meal by the time it was ready, and I’ve never seen people take a full minute just to wrap a taco on the paper!
It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER go back. I could’ve had a fresh pizza for a little more by going across the street in the time it took me to make the food.

You would be hard pressed to find a worse TB in the valley. Here are the reasons.
1. The store manager, an older woman, is constantly berating her staff, belittling and threatening to fire over truly trivial things. Nearly every time i come in, she is there, interviewing some poor kid who has no clue what they are in for.
2. The portion sizes. Ordering here is a gamble, and the house always wins. Consistently, my food is cold and with little filling and half the time is not even cooked it seems.
3. Getting assistance is nearly impossible because it seems nobody is hired for the counter position. If something is wrong and you do get it fixed, your other food is already cold. I have thrown things away here instead of asking for a remake.
I will say, if you value your money, try a different location. I believe they control portion sizes here and bust the employees if they go over whats “allowed” per item. And if the manager lady reads this, treat your staff better or the morale of a staff who has to deal with the rude public will continue to suffer, hence the one star reviews here. I love me some taco bell but this particular store has me not returning.

Was excited to try the new items but was notified that they did not have any of the ingredients prepared. My question is if it was not ready to be served why was it available on the app? And when we requested a refund we were informed that the only way to refund mobile orders is to deal with an AI chatbot. Yeah no thanks I will just be disputing the charge with my bank.

This Taco Bell is one of the best in the treasure Valley. It is always clean and well kept. The service is very speedy. The workers are very friendly and tolerant of me, my family and my kids. There’s a a Taco Bell closer to our house that we avoid just to come to this one.

The quesadilla was just thrown into the box and it was uncut. The festia potato were old and soggy with few chunks that were too hard to eat. You could tell they were very old. The staff here does not seem to give even the slightest indication that they care about the service they provide. I would give 0 stars if I could. I csnt even submit the issues thru the app.

Jesus Christ dude this store has 3.2 stars at the time of writing this and even that is generous I’ve never genuinely ordered something and received as ordered I know that sounds dramatic but I could not be more serious I used a coupon tonight that I got because they messed up my order horrifically previous and all I asked for was no lettuce and yeah of course there’s lettuces because that’s too hard for the to understand genuinely do not add a single customization if you don’t want your order messed up funny enough even if you just order a normal food item as is off the menu they will still mess it up as is the reason I received my coupons originally I ordered two chicken quesadillas and natcho fry’s and they decided to add lettuce and tomatoes out of what I could only possibly assume is personal preference what’s mind boggling is that it wasn’t a one time thing it’s an issue I’ve constantly delt with I’ve never seen such an incapable establishment

I stopped by this location on Friday, October 17 around 10:30pm. It was busy(probably due to the high school football game earlier that night) and I was in a bad mood. I have to say, there was an Anna J working the drive thru window, and she was awesome. She was polite, courteous, and attentive. Most of my experiences at fast food establishments are very non-personal and I get bad to terrible service, so I wanted to give a big shout out to someone that stood out and made my experience at Taco Bell much better.
The food was good as well.

Literally every single time we come here my order is ALWAYS missing at least one or 2 things. No exaggeration. I have quite a few coupons on my fridge at least for the mess ups but the irony is my order will be messed up again anyway when I use them lol

By far the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to. 25 minute wait for 2 value menu items and a nacho fry, by the time it came out everything was made incorrectly. Seems to be no sense of structure or work ethic in the building considering the dining room was a mess, bathrooms were trashed, and employees wouldn’t even acknowledge anyone in the dining room waiting on doordashes or orders in general.

The workers are nice but DANG is it so slow here. They had us park up front and had to watch as they brought food out to FIVE other cars they had parked out front before us. Half our food was hella cold and clearly had just been waiting for the rest of it to be ready. Please hire more workers they clearly are short staffed.
EDIT: We spoke to the manager Gabriella she was very nice and explained this mistake and helped the situation resolve. The employees were hustling so I will say that, but they just must need more people or something to keep up with demand.
