Went threw the drive threw and when I got my food I only had four tenders when I ordered 6 and I got a sauce and toss and there was no sauce and when I went back to get my other two tenders there was still no sauce on them

Great place to eat. Been here plenty of times. Employee DT did a great job on taking my order, spoke loud and clear. I ordered the Flamethrower dbl combo with fries and sprite.

Overall not satisfied and will never return to inside of this Dairy Queen grill &chill ..from the start the parking lot was full of trash and most of it was there own cups and lids ..I was the only customer and the cashier didn’t seem to be very pleased to be at work ..the food was great hot and fresh but the service and condition of this establishment is not how Dairy Queen should be operating! Gave them a second chance, but still couldn’t get it right. The staff is not very friendly. It’s not a very inviting environment. The people who make the blizzards don’t turn the blizzards. They just seem to be going through the motions. Seems like they are there just for the paycheck. I’m going to have to try the other Dairy Queens in town. This one is disappointing

All around poor service and rude staff sitting in drive-through I asked for an extra dipping sauce, even offered to pay for it mid sentence the lady shut the Sliding glass 10 minutes went by she opens it hand me my food and then slams it again. Food was not even fresh.

Poor Service and Experience over all. The General Manager must need some help. Treating other managers, employees and customers poorly is unprofessional and inappropriate. We will not even go into all the Food Safety Standards I saw broken while I waited 15min for our ice cream and fries. Sadly, I’ll avoid this one in the future, even though it’s close to my son’s school.

My Texas toast wasn’t even toasted or buttered. There was a very rude cashier she gave us nasty looks and wouldn’t speak to us. My onion rings and chicken tenders were cold and not crunchy/fried all the way. I’m pretty disappointed for the amount we paid :/

Went to Dairy Queen.
For food ordered, and the cheeseburgers were warm. Not hot. The cheese was even melted. And they’re starting to be like McDonald’s. Instead of getting your food at the window, they want you to pull around and wait.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up two medium Banana Split Blizzards. The person at the window hands me the first one and says, “I’d flip it over, but it’s runny.” Seriously? Then why even hand it to me in the first place? So, I ask them to remake it. While I’m waiting, I notice a Blizzard just sitting on the counter, melting away. I think to myself, “Surely that’s not mine—they can’t be that clueless.” Turns out, it was mine. I guess they really are that bright.

Male worker 7/12/1025 8:50 PM was making loud comments about us in the drive through and complaining about literally having to do his job and throwing his hands up. Proceeded to then have someone else give us our order which was a dilly bar and the package had been torn opened, my first time going to this dairy and definitely the last.
