I hate to complain but here it is: I ordered the asada Cali bacon “epic” burrito. It was at least 30% smaller than I’ve had at other Del Taco stores. This was evident from the massive amount of tortilla folded over at the ends. The ingredients had clearly been out for a long, long while. The meat inside was hard, the bacon barely chewable. The only thing I like about fast food is that it’s predictable. Certainly not the price these days. A $9.00+ burrito needs to at least live up to its “epic” name. If the franchise owner is wondering why business is down, he should stop cutting corners and/or manage his staff for quality control. I won’t stop going to Del Taco – just this one.

Getting cheap with the food. Very little lettuce on the ‘crunchtadas’ and very little ‘queso’ in the snack ‘queso’ quesadilla. (SEE PICTURES)
5/23/23 I Gave this Del Taco another try. Food was better this time. I had a Bean Crunchtada (it had more lettuce this time, could have had a little more cheese), a Beef Del Taco and a Green Bean and Cheese Burrito. All were very good.

don’t come to this location if you expect your entire order.. they often forget items and the fries are almost always cold. if you wanna take the gamble, go ahead but there are other WAY better locations (let alone the 3-4 other fast food spots literally anywhere u look around this location)

I bypassed DelTaco in order to get 3 BEEF and cheese burritos. When I got home I had BEAN and cheese! Your workers need to clarify between the two. My passenger heard beef, not cheese. You’ve lost a customer!

My partner and children always get the chicken bowls… I tend to crave a quesadilla, however, they are aweful at Del Taco. Mostly flimsy with a couple chunks of chicken and a tiny bit of cheese that barely makes it a quesadilla at all. Go to qdoba for a quesadilla instead.

floppy fries that are usually served, so i finally ask for extra crispy fries and was met with a loud “oh my god” from who im guessing is the cook over the drive thru. i get it man, but you weren’t even busy. can’t you wait until the customer is gone before complaining about their order ? i don’t expect fresh, just want crispy. i’m not mad, i’m just uncomfortable now. sorry you had to do your job ? boulder highway location is worth the drive now since they usually dont mind.

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for all the tables in here that were left dirty. It was not busy, so I don’t understand why someone couldn’t get out to the dining area to clean. Good thing I’ve learned to always carry extra hand sanitizer with me, so I can wipe down my table. Food was hot and tasty as usual, and there are many deals under $2. The folks working here were extremely kid friendly! They joked about having one of the little kiddos in here tonight, coming back to the kitchen to help make his taco! Adorable! He even got stickers from the person working the counter! Nice to see such interactions. Very personable! They offer Senior Discounts here, so if you are a senior, make sure to ask for it! Very clean bathrooms, which, in my book relates to clean kitchen!! Right now, if you can eat 10 tacos in 20 minutes, you win lots of free stuff. Ask them for details. My favorite Del Taco right here!

Ordered Breakfast Toasted Wrap. It was very small so if you are hungry you’ll want to order at least 2 or 3. It looks NOTHING like the picture advertising it! Looks like the Hash Browns Sticks got a bit smaller too. Still very tasty food. Seniors don’t forget to ask for your Senior Discount!!
