This place will serve you anything, please check your food before you leave. I asked for a steak quesadilla and I got one piece of meat throughout the whole quesadilla. I will be back to talk to the manager about their night crew who worked Friday night 1/30

The evening shift at the Taco Bell on 75th Street is hands-down one of the most incompetent crews I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know if they’re untrained, unsupervised, or just don’t care, but the result is the same every single time: the order is wrong. Not slightly wrong—completely wrong.
This isn’t a one-off. This is a pattern. Missing items, wrong items, and food slapped together like it’s being made out of spite. Opening the bag feels like a prank. And somehow it’s always cold, even when you just pulled away.
The night crew’s attitude is just as bad as the food. Slow, rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed that customers expect basic accuracy. Asking them to fix a mistake feels like you’re asking for a personal favor instead of the bare minimum of their job.
Management clearly doesn’t exist after dark, because there is zero accountability happening here. This location turns into a free-for-all once the sun goes down.
If you’re considering coming here in the evening—don’t. Save your money, your time, and your patience. This place isn’t just bad; it’s aggressively bad. Drive literally anywhere else.

Ordered 4 supreme tacos barely had any meat on them, even the lettuce was lacking sour cream was a tiny doll up on one side… Manager remade them and the next 4 were exactly the same she just said that’s how they make tacos there so I guess if your manager can’t see an issue then how could the employees know any different. Won’t be back. Looking at other reviews seems like I’m not not the only one.

I didn’t eat the food. I ordered at 4:39 pm. l accidentally selected the wrong store address on the Taco Bell app, that’s my fault. I called to make sure it was at this location before my Mom went to pick it up. The lady said they waited 45 mins and tossed it. I asked if I would get refund or would they remake it since it’s already paid for. She said they’ll remake it with an attitude and hung up.
Went to pick it up and it’s on the counter.
Cold and not fresh after she said she would remake it when she got there. I called back at 5:32 pm and confronted them. They took the food back out of the trash and put it on the counter with the receipt that says 4:39 pm. Didn’t even get a new drink either, as the ice was melted too.

I love the taco bell by my house. They are always great and make the food correct and by the time you pay the bag is coming next . Such sweet ladies and will accommodate when necessary.

I hardly leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they’ve gotten to be so overpriced, and the quality of the food, even at chains such as Taco Bell is unpredictable. On a whim I decided to grab a late lunch, and was amazed at how fresh and perfect the Cantina Chicken taco was. I’m glad I ate one in the parking lot before leaving, because the other one was soggy by the time I got home. It’s probably the best fast food item I’ve had in years.

Went there today to get the decades items. Ordered through the app. Got to the window and the lady opened up while hollering something in spanish to the back handed us the drink and closed the window. Said nothing and had zero customer service skills. We wanted to add a drink on and couldnt even ask her because she acted like we didnt exist. Finally she came with our food. Handed it and we asked if we could add a drink on. She said loudly no big line. There were 2 people behind us. The way she said it was with extreme rudeness.
The food tasted good, HOWEVER the amount of meat on my cool ranch taco was minimal. It was 80% lettuce. Like 12 strands of cheese and a very thin line of taco meat. Very disappointing. My regular taco was soggy and stuck to the paper as if it was made earlier and sat there until it got ordered.

Had a slight issue with our order, but the kind woman we spoke to on the phone made it right and then some. Will definitely eat here again

Placed an order online. Received the text that the order would be ready in 10 minutes and food is ready at the same time. Food was done 10 minutes early, so by the time we got home the food was cold. The burritos were thrown together and fell apart while eating. Potatoes in the Fiesta Potatoes were hard. Tacos were half full. Mexican pizza not cut and also barely had anything on top or in the center. NO customers in the drive thru and one customer leaving when I got there. So store was NOT busy. The guy at the counter was nice enough. Acknowledged me when I walked in and nice when he came to the counter.
Tried this location again, and disappointed once again. Will never be back. Half full hard tacos again. Soft tacos were suppose to be supremes and were not. The steak quesadilla was a quarter full. LIke eating a dry shell. One bit of cheese in each section, with one 3 pieces of steak in the entire thing.
