The guy claimed to be the manager who took my order. I came in for the beef & cheddar sandwich, but the features of Philly cheese steak caught my attention. I ordered the meal, and a Philly steak on the display board caught my attention. Wow, was that a mistake. When they brought it to me, it looked like a baby had hurled into the hero roll. So much cheese sauce you could barely see the steak. I tried it, but the steak had too much grizzle bits in it. I took it to the manager who tried to tell me they didn’t prepare it any differently than any other way for others who ordered it. I said, “I’m not saying that.” I just want half my money back. He wouldn’t do that, but he offered me a free roast beef sandwich instead and an apology.

My experiece
The place I initially went too had a long wait so I decided to go to Arby’s no line. I ordered a burger combo with cheese sticks instead of fries and a drink. I’m totally convinced the burger had to have been microwaved due to the texture and look of it. The cheese sticks are not what Arby’s served a few years ago.Its a total different project.I ask for extra marinara sauce . I like more sauce than I do cheese. A different person came back to the window with no extra sauce The texture of cheese was awful and would not be good for kids especially being that it’s more like chewing gum hard to break down . I took the breading off of one while still warm it was tough cheese it also had a fish grease smell. The drink was normal. If you want a burger stick to a burger joint that you know of.

Today is 1/4/26 7:43pm. I was excited to finally try Arby’s and I let it be known at the drive thru window. The worker was very short with me. I asked for lemonade and I was given light lemonade even after making it clear I wanted regular lemonade. Once i realized it was light lemonade I asked it they could exchange it for something else. I was told no even though it was a mistake on their end. Someone needs to tell the worker and the manager about customer service. So shocked at what took place.

I’m writing a complaint about Kenna who seems to get a lot of bad reviews, I ordered thru the drive thru. I ordered a meal with a large drink, I got to the window she gave me a medium. Apparently it offended her to ask for what I ordered and I said I ordered a large and she sad no you did not. I know I did because I was so thirsty. So thirsty I said ok can you ring me up for a large which she did. When I tried my drink she decide to call me a liar again. I said this drink tastes really bad can you check it and pointed to the machine. She said no very rudely. Then she says I’m not going it for you. I said I’m not asking you to drink my drink I’m asking you to check the tap she says no. She then offers me no alternative drink after I paid extra. I keep asking g her why she is being so rude over a soda and she just smirks and seems to get satisfaction from the more mad she is making me. At some point I got mad which I apologize for but this girl is really weird as hell, something’s seriously wrong with her for how she treats clients. She wanted to make me mad she seems to have gotten off on it. When I told her I was going to tell her manager tomorrow and she’s really mean and karmas coming she simply didn’t. How is this girl a supervisor of anything. I ended up refunding my order because apparently it was just to hard for her to offer me a sprite or any other drink!

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal. After paying, we were asked to pull forward while they finished cooking the chicken. When we received the meals, the buffalo chicken was raw in the middle (rubbery and discolored). The crispy chicken appeared to be mostly cooked, but also was very runbery on the thickest part. We told the staff but didn’t want a refund, just wanted them to let the chicken cook long enough for others.

It’s currently a cashier working right now at this location. At 5:30 PM I ASKED HER FOR ONE EXTRA sauce for a customer who had an item that came with bronco berry sauce. She refused to give it. She’s always nasty and rude. Every single time she refuses but other workers are more courteous than others. She is always rude

Just went to this Arby’s for lunch. Should have been a smooth transaction since I was the only customer, but the person taking the order was rude and impatient. He rushed me through my order just to have me park. He brought out my food, which was missing 2 key items, and the fries were old and cold. I called the store multiple times. They finally answered on the 5th try and lied to me, saying they were too busy to answer the phones. Terrible experience and customer service. Especially for overpriced junk food.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered the New steak and cheese bowl. There we no fried onions. The macaroni was one layer cold and the meat was tough and overcooked. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and the young lady that was on duty as the Manager insisted that it was the correct portion of mac and cheese. No apologies for the food being under cooked or old. Seriously need to do better. Super disappointed. Ordered the same thing for my son last week and his bowl looked nothing like the kiddie size bowl that they just served me for dinner thru drive thru.

Well, I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and received a cold chicken tender a dab of ranch 3 mini bacon sandwich. Very disappointed about the food, service is polite. Unfortunately, this is why I stopped going to Arby’, their food quality has taken a major nose dive. Sad, very sad!!

It seems they may have changed their roast beef recipe. On this visit the sandwich was noticeably moister, less salty and tastier than previously.
