I’m here every Taco Tuesday for their vegan tacos. Delicious and you have to also try their queso dip and churro bites, also vegan. Their margaritas and aguas frescas are great too. The team at Century City is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for so many vegan and organic options.

Outstanding gluten free food that is super tasty. I ordered the Protein Bowl with chorizo with house made cauliflower rice and I’m loving every bite so far. I ordered the happy hour full guacamole that was super fresh and tasty but way to many chips and plantains for the amount of guacamole, so I feel bad it will go to waste. Great atmosphere and friendly service. I hope to return during my eight day stay.
During my stay in LA I dined at Tocaya Modern Mexican five times with each meal as good as the first. Super friend service and delicious gluten free food. I can highly recommend and suggest if you have any gluten issues I haven’t had any issues at all plus it’s the tastiness gluten free Mexican food I’ve ever had.

Alright Brian…I know we spoke earlier today and you shared doubts on being able to accommodate our after film screening reception, but your team HANDLED business tonight! I mean, how many times do you get employees sharing their gratefulness for your business…especially when such a large task is spontatnouesly thrusted upon them?! Well, with Anna, Joshua, and Giselle at the helm of the superb team all across the board and especially in the kitchen cooking our food with double time deliciousness, we couldn’t be more grateful. Our teams really worked well together and you all were amazing. You bettuh MAKE them Margaritas, Giselle! Ordered a chicken quesadilla last night with wheat tortilla and no mushrooms and was given a quesadilla with white tortilla, lots of mushrooms and some hard meat that looked the color of a mushroom only to find out after googling pics of their meats and finally finding the receipt they gave us “Beyond, vegan chicken” that tasted like rubber hockey pucks. We also ordered the corn with cayanne pepper and was given corn without any cayanne(there goes the flavor). I ordered from this location over 5 years ago and never went back because my chicken quesadilla along with other ordered items were messed up then too! Thought I’d give them another shot only to be let down and out $60 again. I think because I ordered some vegan items the cashier assumed I wanted Vegan chicken but that was a very wrong assumption, worst meal of my life, my child picked at the cheese and threw the mushrooms, vegan chicken and white tortilla away. We got home late excited to have a nice meal and were sorely disappointed.

Went here on a weekend for lunch and found the place was almost empty. Checked that the place was not closed and they were taking orders. Sat on the table and scanned the code. The only option was pickup in store.
We ordered a lot of food. We started with their Street Corn Tortillas with House Quesadilla, Tortilla Chips & Salsa, Tortilla Soup, Spicy Chicken Soup, Protein Bowl with Diablo Chicken and Grilled Pineapple AL Pastor.
All d5ishes were good and tasty.

Lots of vegan options and every meat or cheese ingredient can be replaced by vegan chicken or vegan cheese.
Bowls were super tasty and loved the quesadillas as well.

Josh is a wonderful manager, so attentive and sweet.
Sydney and Giselle are so lovely and welcoming every time we come in.
Then there’s good ol Steven. (Stephen? Idk) He remembers our names, remembers our allergies, and is so sweet.
Literally there are zero complaints here and I would and DO suggest everyone come here.

Had been wanting to try this place for months and I’m so glad I finally went because it exceeded my expectations! The food and drinks (including a “virgin” option for the margaritas!) were superb, and so were the staff. But what I really liked was the wide open dining area with big windows, calming tones, and a great soundtrack. Plus they offer two types of water to drink on the house — a classy touch. All in all a perfect spot to get some nourishment *and* a bit of R&R!

I’ve been to this place now two times, and was treated once which would be three times experience. The first time around a client of mine brought me their refreshing strawberry Basil drink, and let me tell you. That has been great all three times I had it. The plantain chips were too chewy though. Second time I went by myself to the actual place and my order was messed up and the food…well let’s say theirs barely. Anyways, tonight I went again and with my daughter and the order was completed correctly, but I must say for modern it’s lacking allot of flavors. It’s clean tasting and fresh which I’m sure that’s what their going for; however I must say my pallet is extremely keen and I believe the food is absent in flavors. Fresh Yes. The restaurant itself has fabulous decor! Staff friendly. Should you try it?…definitely the strawberry Basil. Am I saying “is this a bad place to go?”, No… not by any means.
