Don’t go sleeping on bojangles. Came thru late in the day for a chicken biscuit and it was cook to order. Only waited 5 minutes. I wasn’t even mad I had to drive back around for my drink. These are huge filling and fresh. Better than most chicken biscuits in town.

Ordered boberry biscuits, they come 2 packs and I only received one. Ordered chicken, egg and cheese biscuit but received a sad bacon, egg and cheese, I might not cared as much except the fact it was one skinny tiny half a bacon strip, come on man if you’re going to do it wrong then atleast give quality wrong.

Today on my way home from work, my husband text we need ice. I stopped at the Bojangles closed to home. 1138 Clarksville TN 1 on Madison Street, close to 2 pm. My name is Cynthia. I ordered 2 bags of ice. My total was $5.89. The young lady who took my order was polite, greeted me with a smile and said “ she’s fixing your bags”. The young lady that brought the 2 bags ( 1 full, 1 half full) to the windows wasn’t so polite.
I said for $6 can I please have a full bag of…..
I didn’t get the word ice out my mouth when she slammed one bag down, had a look of disappointment on her face and turned from me. She didn’t even greet me….poor customer service.
A few minutes later the first young lady brought me the ice and said thank you.
I don’t know what kind of day young lady #2 was having and she doesn’t know the severity of the needed ice. BUT, I will say, we have
workers working on my front porch all day in the heat and somehow they lost their means of cooling off, the ice was for them. So young lady #2 if you satisfied yourself by spitting or contaminating the ice in any way thinking it was for me. Your wrong. You really need a custom service class 101. Have a good rest of your day and a better tomorrow.
