The mochi donuts were mini and not entirely memorable, but it’s nice to have something to pair with your beverages. Juan informed me the Toffee Nut Latte was one of their most popular so of course I had to try it! Not only was it colorful, but it was flavorful and kept me caffeinated for most of the day. Fun Fact: the blue color is not blue spirulina but is in fact butterfly pea. My wife ordered the Dubai Chocolate Cold Brew and told me she enjoyed the chocolatey nutty flavor. Hope you enjoy getting caffeinated at Sunbliss as much as we did!
THEN I was juggling my baby and I dropped my muffin on the floor and he gave me a new one. The girl behind the counter I believe also had something to do with that but I regrettably didn’t get her name! It was just so much repeated kindness that almost made me cry and I really needed that. So thank you, Sunbliss Cafe! You have the most wonderful staff. And the drink and muffin were delicious!!!
Everything here is fresh and thoughtfully made. The breakfast menu is also worth a mention—tons of great options whether you’re in the mood for something light or a bit heartier. The vibe is warm and inviting with just enough seating to enjoy your bite without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that makes a simple stop feel like a little reset. Great service, sunny energy, and a perfect go-to for a quick, healthy start to the day.
We got the Spanish latte (pictured) and tres leches latte. Both very flavorful – both in terms of syrup and coffee beans.
We also got a specialty breakfast burrito. It looked and tasted like they use real ingredients (egg, cheese, potatoes). Burrito was smaller than we anticipated ( but not a huge deal was totally fine with two big coffees).
Parking: Free 2 hour street parking. Finding a spot can be difficult since it’s very busy. We got lucky with neighborhood parking.
Ambiance/Environment: I love the brightness of this location. Very clean & modern inside. They have a small indoor space with a couple indoor seating and few outdoor seating.
Service: We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but all the team members were nice, quick, & efficient! Special shout out to Sarah who helped us with our options! Her hospitality is above & beyond exceptional.
Drinks & Açaí:
1) Dubai Chocolate Cold Brew – I’ve seen this everywhere on socials, so I had to give it a try. Wow .. this definitely lived up to the hype. I’m not a pistachio person, but this had the perfect amount that’s not too overwhelming. It balanced evenly with the chocolate.
2) Toffee Latte – I also saw this on socials. It looked aesthetically pleasing and tasted as amazing as it looks. This is perfect for those who love sweet lattes.
3) Caramel Matcha – We subbed with almond milk. The matcha wasn’t bitter and had a nice color. It was sweetened by the vanilla & caramel. Not overly sweet surprisingly.
4) Tres Leches Latte – This was one of their popular lattes. Now I know why! In the past, I’ve had tres leches lattes that were too heavy/overpowered with condensed milk. This was not heavy at all. The perfect sweet-not-too-sweet latte.
5) Strawberry Lemonade – Exactly what it sounds like. Strawberry and lemonade lol. Sooo refreshing!
6) Peanut Butter Bliss – I ordered this açaí bowl. Their açaí is organic topped with fresh fruits and granola. I absolutely enjoyed my bowl. The base was refreshing, and the peanut butter came through.
7) Chocolate Lava – My bf ordered this açaí bowl with chia pudding. Extra for add-ons. Same ingredients as the peanut butter bliss bowl but made with dark chocolate lava. The chocolate was very light.
Pricing: Average prices $$ for coffee and açaí bowls. Absolutely worth it! My bf and I enjoyed everything!
I got the vanilla latte which was just a bit bland. The drinks are colorful, but don’t taste good. I’d rate the vanilla latte 5/10.
I also tried the breakfast burrito, and was not a fan. I’d rate that a 5/10. It was too bland and mostly just taste like soggy eggs with some jalapeños or something that I didn’t like.
The employees were really friendly so I’ll give them that. Just didn’t like the coffee or food here. The store environment wasn’t too special either.
So cute. Bright. Clean. Met with smiling service.
I can’t help but be happy when I’m here. And when I need a yummy treat-yo-self, this pops to mind on top.
I tried the Dubai chocolate latte and it was so good. I think about it often.
Kudos for creating something so special and a net positive to everybody in the community and for foodies everywhere.
