Our locally-owned restaurant features two distinct experiences under one roof: fine dining in our cozy Steakhouse and a lively Saloon with live music, dancing, and a full bar menu. Daily happy hour from 4-6pm in the saloon side only. Family-friendly with kids menu available. Open 7 days a week for dinner starting at 4pm in the Saloon and 5pm in the Steakhouse. I’m very disappointed with this evenings dinner. I thought this would be a nice place to eat. With required reservations an a fee for no show. Credit card just to make a reservation I just knew this must be something amazing!! We did get seated right away At our 6:15 reservation time. One of the staff came and filled our water glasses pretty quick. I tried to order an old fashion but he said our wait would be there soon to take our order. A few minutes later our waiter show up and got our drink order. We watched as other guest arrived and were seated. Awhile passes and we notice those people have drinks and have ordered already. We still have not received our drinks. Another 5-10 mins go by before I find another waiter and ask them to send our guy out. He comes out and goes to get our Coke and Old fashion. Then takes our order. The other table has already gotten their food and started eating. Got refills on their drinks- more of what I expected from this place. We never see our waiter again. My daughter’s coke is never refilled. The water glasses filling guy is great!! At some point I ask another waiters to find our waiter and send him out. We’re ready to pay and leave. My steak was pretty dry, I had 2 mushrooms on the plate and the potatoes au gratin casserole was decent. Just needed to be hotter. My wife’s salmon was ok. We would definitely skip this place in the future. For $200. I expect a lot more.

This place is awful: bad service (waitress came to us only twice, so we were needed to look for her and ask other staff to give us a check), they charges by themselves your tipping (20%) without asking you first.
I ordered half pound crab legs, but they brought me about 1/4 of pound and charged for this $66!!!! Karl! $66! For what? Baked potato without anything and a 1/4 pound of crab legs only. That’s insane.
For 4 persons they charged $298!!!

What a terrible experience.
I asked for a table at the restaurant, there were several tables available (all pretty big to be honest) and few others that just needed to be prepared but they invited me to dine at the bar. If a client ask for a restaurant table and you have the possibility of seating them you have to sit them in the restaurant. If I wanted to have dinner in a bar I would have chosen a bar!!
The chicken wings were frozen and the sling was not crunchy at all. The meat was well cooked and it comes with a side and “our sauteed mushrooms” I will let judge yourself the amount of mushroom that were in the plate.
On top of that this was the most expensive dinner I had in Keystone.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place

Overall we had a great time here! The food is yummy and the servers are nice. It’s very busy there so service is a bit slow.
We got bone marrow, prime rib, ribeye, and coconut shrimp. Everything was yummy! We ordered the steaks rare and boy were they RARE. Very blue and cool on the inside rare. Usually I like rare meats but this was a bit too cool for me. I think I’d get medium next time.

The snake River steakhouse was meant for the adventurous. The steaks are really amazing, but the appetizers are otherworldly, as in they are not something you’d see on a regular menu. I’ll cut the Chase. The bone marrow is a must. If you like slimy, salty goo out of the center of a cow bone that is relatable to fear factor, this place is for you.

Had no idea it was a cute restaurant with lots of ambience! Then I must say the lasagna was top three I’ve eaten. Didn’t expect that. Service was great. Dinner was 100 per person including apps, bottle of wine and tip.

My husband and I eloped in Dillon with our close friends and family. No restaurants in the Dillon area or surrounding areas were willing to accommodate us while providing a few separate checks. Snake river saloon not only accommodated us but went above and beyond with the set up and communication. They checked in with me the morning of our wedding not only to touch base about the reservation but also to wish us good luck and congratulations on our wedding. The staff was so sweet, our waitress was amazing, and the food was perfect. We plan on returning to the area for our anniversary every year and we will definitely be having our anniversary dinner at the saloon every year as well.
Thank you again to the amazing owner and staff. You guys played a huge roll in best day of our lives and we will forever be thankful for you.

Well the foods were great but I had to get all the service myself. When my drink was empty I had to go to the bar and ask for a refill when I want a dessert. I had to go to the bar and ask for dessert. Nobody ever checked on me. Even the girl that left me the menu never came back. I had to order through somebody else. So great food but terrible service. And I was referred this place by a host at a hotel. I just figured. Well I’m not a local and they just don’t pay me any mind The one guy behind the counter was pretty good. He had been to Raleigh to the one of our festivals. He seemed pretty cool but again anytime I need anything. I had to get up out of my seat walk to the bar. Find somebody and then ask for what I wanted. What the hell.. I must add on that. I tip very very well 20 bucks tip for each meal. Hoping that was get me some better service but it absolutely did not work… And the band was playing that night and I offered to buy drinks for the all the band members which I guess went through and then I left the band $20 in their tip jar still. Did I get any service? No not a bit. Had to get everything myself and I’m disabled and have cancer by the way …. I think you guys owe me a new dinner with service this time

Awesome vibes and great food! I live several hours away and unfortunately left my jacket and wallet there after a night out. They were gracious enough to mail it back to me free of cost. Highly recommend for a great night in Keystone!
