My Wife and I come here often and are always greeted by the staff who are friendly and willing to help. The food is always fresh (even if you have to wait a few) and they always give great portions. Trey (not sure on spelling) was super kind and patient as we tried to find our coupons last night! Great quick date night, always go in, you wont regret it!

Placed an order in app. Choose another location, this place is dirty and the food is cold and old. Went to pickup my order, trusted that all items purchased would be in the bag. My bad for trusting. Should have known better when I had to ask for the drinks. Got home to find out one item was missing. Called the restaurant, whomever answered the phone was mumbling. I asked to speak with manager, supposed manager comes on the phone with a rude attitude, I explain the situation, he then hangs up. I called back, no sorry, no accidentally got disconnected. He said I will refund and then hung up again. Not a sorry or any accountability. Customer service is lacking here. Needless to say this is my 3rd bad experience here. My bad. Will not be returning to this location. There was one other Customer in the store, so what’s the excuse on the quality of your restaurant?? Why do you hate your job so much?? Maybe make sure your food is more fresh and the place is clean oh and smile once in a while. I don’t get it. If you hate your job that much, move on go work somewhere else.

Steep decline at this branch over the last few months. Previously it was pretty good, but the last few visits have all been rough.

We ordered two bowls and than got a burrito and bowl. One of the bowls had the correct receipt, but not thr correct food, and the burrito was full of rice. So horrible. $50 order that I didn’t even get. Also the bowl had no rice and no beans. SMH.

A month ago This location didn’t used to charge for a tortilla on the side with a bowl. They apparently now do charge a dollar for the tortilla with a bowl. I recommend getting the chips instead. my boyfriend and I found this out when we went for dinner today. 5/25/25
