Bacon cheeseburger cold. Burger was barely warm. Buns, bacon all cold. Cheese was cold, no attempt to melt onto the burger. I basically got a meat sandwich.

Don’t bother trying to eat here with Celiac. Nothing is handled safely, and half the time you order their gluten free buns they are already out of them. I’ve received my “gluten free” order many times with a normal bun.

Don’t order the grilled chicken. It is the least tender meat I have ever ate. It not only takes forever to take a bite from the patty, it is dry as hell, and gets stuck between every single tooth. Moreover, BLAND!

The milkshakes here are amazing! Probably the best on campus. Salted caramel and brownie would be my pics. The burgers are great too. They have limited time burgers and milkshakes which are worth trying. The staff is hardworking and friendly. Worth a visit.

It’s a solid burger restaurant, quite special for a college campus, not so special if it was placed elsewhere. The shakes and burgers are great but the fries are pretty mediocre. The price would be my main complaint, it’s around $13 for burger and milkshake ($6.50 with Hokie Pass), which is pretty overpriced.

Two days ago, I ordered a custom burger and it was the best I’ve had in a while. Today, the meal was even better. Burger 37 was always one of the best on campus, and now it seems to be coming back after some employment struggles due to covid.

Good taste burgers, bad manners from employees. They didn’t call me when the food came out for 20 mins. But they called others when their food came out. It is not the first time I had these kinds of experiences in restaurants at Virginia Tech. Do they EVEN learn manners as employees before they start working? The only reason I gave 3 stars is that the taste is good.

Burgers shakes and, fries! Oh my! What’s not to love!? My burger was big and juicy and topped with all my favorite things. Thick luscious milkshake was more a dessert than a beverage. It was made right in front of me so I could see all the quality ingredients going into it. Then I had s decision to make. Regular fries or sweet potato fries. I went with the regular fries. Am I going back? Oh yeah!

Excellent burgers, made to order, with a very friendly staff. They even serve delicious milkshakes! However, it can be a little pricy if you don’t have a Virginia Tech meal plan.

Is a great burger joint but oftentimes fails to have all of the toppings available that they advertise. Fries are mediocre, honestly I’d just come for the burgers. Also very pricey without a meal plan.
