AND THEN we wonder why restaurants in Fillmore don’t make it! When to pick up my food on 8/8/25 around 930pm and a house dog, with no leash, barks at me from inside the store. I go in, dog still barking, as I approach the register. I even had to walk away since it got close to my legs and the owner (sitting with the manager) didn’t even bother to hold his dog only because “it doesn’t like wearing a leash”. I told him to get his dog. The manager, sitting there, didn’t even bother to tell his friend anything until I told him the second time. Seriously! The staff here have no sense of customer service. It was not even a service dog and didn’t even have a collar. #unsanitary

I’ve had some really consistent experiences here. This branch is way better than Oxnard. Always cooked to special instruction (well done). Quality of wings and food is always really good.

Sorry, but Wingstop has to be one of the slowest and dirtiest I’ve come to. I love Wingstop, but today’s visit was just disturbing how dirty it was inside, including the soda machine, which had dry soda marks all over it. Also, the touchscreen soda machine was filthy, and I had to use a napkin to touch it.

You can tell they have a hard time holding staff service took longer 30 minutes to get a 15 piece combo

Lastly, the pricing is crazy expensive now almost $40 for a two person meal. Oh well.

The cashier was very rude to me and he was walking away while I was ordering. I felt very rushed when I was ordering my food and I didn’t feel comfortable. The food was good I just wish he was a little nicer.

Waited 30 minutes for extremely overcooked, dry, not good quality wings. For the price you would think they can put sauce and not just squirt it on. Went 3 times and was disappointed all 3 times.

Fillmore wing stop is really falling behind on customer service. I went in today with my family and although we did separate orders, my family got their meal and I waited nearly 15min for min. We said dine in and tell me why my family got their food in a tray and mine was given in a paper bag. The cashier guy, I did not catch his name was not only rude, but his greeting skills are way off. I’m not the only one who thinks so. It does not have a an inviting feeling. Last time I come by.

We waited about 10 min so someone could come out from the back and take our order. I ordered a 10pc and got an 8pc. What really upset me was that i paid almost $5 for 2 ranch. The food however was freshly made that was nice.

On a Friday Feb 17, I placed an order at 10am-11 for pick up time at 12
I get there to pick up at 12 and they have a line of about 12 people all waiting for their order also place at 12 pick up time , there’s only about 2 people working. Ive wait for over 30min for my order . Very poor service no communication no updates while waiting im late for the appointment I had at 12:10 my kids lunch, pleased do better , it’s always like this ! The website needs an update a restriction on how many people should be placing a order at the available times! This is absurd!

The Fillmore location is complete garbage lol. From the service to the food. Never fails every and I mean EVERY time I order from there to give it another chance, it’s always the same. It takes so long to get my food and not to mention when I do get it, it’s like they put the sauces on the bottom and stack everything on top. An absolute mess. Lol these people are a joke. They forget items almost every time and when I try to call back they never answer or I’m on hold for far too long and I just give up. The sauce thing gets me every time lol. I’ll go get just ranch sometimes and they’ll put it in the biggest bag for such tiny containers and they still manage to bust open. Don’t even think about trying to drive two feet with the larger container in the large bag. This place is a joke
