I ordered and paid for 2, 24 oz triple plays and was given 20 oz triple plays. I did not notice until we left. We had to be somewhere and unable to turn around. I took pics of the 20 oz drinks and called them right away. I explained that we could not come back at that moment. She said that she would have to contact her manager to see what they could do. She took my name and number. No one ever called. I contacted corporate by email they sent an email back a few days later saying it was resolved. I went back to that Biggby location and explained how no one ever contacted me back. She apologized and took my phone number again saying she will have the manager call me. Again, nothing. It all comes down to ehics and I don’t feel like they practice this. I enjoy the beverages at Biggby but will not be giving my business in Traverse City. Very disappointing.

I get being friendly in customer service, but I’m not you’re “ sweetie darling or honey!” I just waited 25 minutes for two coffees!! Maybe if you didn’t spend so much time on the microphone and call everybody names that you shouldn’t You guys would have more time to be faster and more efficient at getting orders out the window.. Not sure whose idea it was not to have a inside service so that people don’t have to wait so long the food obviously slows everyone down tremendously. The only other option is to go to Tom’s on the bay. The other Bigby over that used to be by Meijer Because there was no drive-through in a very inconvenient spot! Open one at the mall that has an indoor service plus a drive-through

I go out of my way to come to this Biggby location because the staff is so amazing especially Deanne! She is like a ray of sunshine, always puts a smile on my face with her unparalleled customer service. This location is easily accessible driving, and even when they are very busy they get through each order impressively fast! I LOVE the seasonal lattes and seasonal cold brew coffees, but my #1 go to is the golden honey latte. The food selection is limited (this is a compact location so very understandable) but is decent and at a reasonable price point. I have never had anything but exceptional coffee and service here, with so many cafes to choose from in the area, this one is truly a gem!

Not a great experience. Got 3 of our 4 drinks incorrect (smoothie, sugar free iced lavender matcha, 2 normal iced lavender matchas). Not great customer service either. Minimal conversation, very monotone. Not welcoming. Hate to be a hater, I usually love Biggby coffee locations, but this just want a pleasant experience 🙁

Ordered a Caramel Marvel hot coffee and it hardly tasted like coffee and there was no caramel flavor at all. We ended up throwing the drink away which was totally annoying since we’d spent over $6.00 for it.

I grabbed my fave iced coffee yesterday (4/21/24) before a long market day and was so happy with my drive thru experience!! Alicia served me at around 10:17am and was the sweetest person to chat with. She gave me recommendations for other drinks to try and was genuinely so kind it just made my day! Thanks Alicia for being as sweet as my favorite drink!
