I ordered two subs from this new firehouse subs location and ordered it online to pickup later in day. I think these guys made the sandwiches when i placed the order and left it sitting for four hours when it specifically was set to pickup later in day. Why would you make sandwiches with instructions for pickup later at a designated time. You make them as fresh to the time as you can. Well to make long story short, myself and my son got sick from eating the sandwiches. Something was tainted either from the people who prepared it or the meat sitting out for hours. Stay away from this location. Bad food and bad everything.

I really wanted to give this place a try. I’ve had mediocre experiences with other Firehouse Subs but this one is so close to where I live it would be a convenient option for a quick lunch.
But our first experience definitely let us down and we probably will not come back. Ordered my son a steak and cheese to go, got home and half the sandwich didn’t even have any meat on it. ♀️
For how much this particular sandwich costs I would definitely expect better than this. Also his sandwich was ready in less than five minutes so no way they are cooking fresh meat for this.
Save yourself the same experience and drive the extra couple of miles to Jersey Mike’s.
Such a shame too because I love the mission behind the Firehouse Subs and I would love to support it, but not if this is the quality of the product you get.

Brand new Firehouse store in Indian Land, with one of the best service I’ve seen. Food quality is also top notch with fresh ingredients every time. The Firehouse Gator Sauce is fire ! Will definitely be visiting again!

This FIREHOUSE location stands out as the finest in the Indian Land area. I’m thrilled to have it on the south end, as it significantly eases my drive, especially during peak traffic hours. I wholeheartedly recommend this location; the staff is truly exceptional. The managers consistently go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. Each visit is greeted with a warm welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere. The food is always served piping hot, making every meal enjoyable. I prefer to get delivery to my home, but it’s so close by I can’t justify it. I’m glad it is, though. It’s so clean & peaceful, & everyone is so kind. I’m a very quiet & anxious person normally, so I feel welcome & at ease. Service is great, and my food is perfect everytime. I got dinner from my birthday here. Really made my day to get a perfect meatball sub. Thank you everyone there, my mom also says you guys are very nice!
