Usually McDonald’s fries are the best. Crunchy and salty. The last few times it has been barely mediocre. Very limp and tasteless. The nuggets tasted like they have been sitting out. Which they probably have. Just terrible. The service sucked too.

Beware using mobile app here, manager on duty had no concept of how it works. Questioned that my order had been placed even though l showed her my phone and that l had paid. Then hesitated to give me food. When l got back to my hotel the free medium fry per the reward deal l used was a small fry. So she can’t even read an order ticket properly.

Love the remodel, it is more advanced now with a self ordering system. The wait time for this location is usually fast when I go in the drive thru normally under 5 min, in and out. When I go in to order they have the new self serve system that let’s you put in your own order and pay, this gets you pass the line quick. I tried their new chicken mcgriddle and it was pretty tasty I’ll be sure to try again in the future.

I don’t eat at McDonalds a lot but this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The service is horrible. My order is never right and I have to go back. When I call and tell them they give me total attitude. Here is a good example I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and this is how it looked… they told me there was nothing wrong with it… it looks disgusting
