I went to Dunkin for coffee this morning and I must say that I was impressed. The establishment was clean and orderly. The staff was professional and friendly. I was waited on by a lady by the name of Charlene and she was very friendly, which made me want to leave a tip. This was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to frequent this business. The coffee was hot and fresh.

Literally go to Dunkin almost every day love the Dunkin on 501 by Carolina Forest but for some reason, this one is always very disappointing. My coffee was burnt. The espresso was disgusting. You couldn’t taste the cookie butter. My cold brew was not shaken all the serve it a very bottom it was gross. The hot coffee was like completely forgot the French vanilla. The girl at the window was sweet. The food and donuts were fine, but the coffee was gross

I have never been so disrespected in a place of business in a long time. Walked in today to pick up an order gentleman in an orange shirt. The Dunkin donut on 1607 church street the young girl was very nasty the couple in front of me and my neice was greeted with a smile when we walked up she did not greet nor smile so I said good morning how are you and she gave me a blank stare and when I was ordering my donuts she started slamming and yanking the donuts very rude and unprofessional I don’t want to pull the race card but that’s what it was giving

Overall the service and atmosphere were great. The guy helped me pick a sweet iced drink which was OK. He even asked me to taste the drink before I left to make sure I like it bc if I didn’t he would make sure before I left I would be satisfied with my purchase. So this is the only reason I give the food a star rating. Just from the service and the atmosphere, I give this place a 4-star rating they know how to take care of their customers. Now what I did not like were the donuts. I got half a dozen just to taste 6 different ones. All were nasty at first bite, so I will stick to Krispy Kreme for my donuts and Starbucks for my iced white chocolate mocha drink . Sorry, Dunkin but I gave you all a chance.

Total disappointment, waited 10 minutes + to place my order, get out to the car and the order is wrong. Have to go back in and ask for a refund.
The staff was disorganized, the store did not have enough employees to handle the amount of patrons at the store. Basically this is a management issue, if you don’t train your employees properly they will continue to make mistakes.
Also this store should prioritize the people that chose to enter the store and or drive up, then fill the call in orders last.
We will be finding another site for a cup of Joe…
